Ayanna was awesome she was very helpful very professional and she made the whole process very easy. We had a problem with the mattress that we purchased about 5 weeks ago and she asked me to send a picture .After picture she says yeah it looks like theres some sort of defect and I mean she made it easy. It really makes me want to refer everybody I know there that needs a better mattress or box spring because she made my experience really really easy. I had a great experience with the Mattress Firm location in Hayward, CA. I spoke with the Sleep Expert & Assistant Store Manager, Jessica. She walked me through the process over the phone, helped me chose a mattress, all while staying within my budget. I was able to pick up the mattress the same day from the distribution center in Livermore quickly and easily. I would highly suggest speaking with Jessica for all your mattress needs!

This place has excellent customer service! Immanuel & Philip we’re the people that helped us find the mattress we needed. We came in looking for two beds, one for my girlfriend and one for her brother. They were friendly, patient, and knowledge. My girlfriend and her brother had different taste when it came to their feeling of mattresses and Immanuel knew exactly what beds to show them according to their liking. I definitely will be bringing the rest of our family members here if we need new beds!

I received the most horrible service from this store down to the person who has going to deliver the mattress. When I purchased the mattress I requested delivery, I only have a certain window when Im available because I work full time and then care for my grandfather who is on hospice right after. I can still work with some flexibility given notice, the sales guy said yeah I understand Ill note it. They were scheduled to deliver today in my mind Im thinking after work then I get a call from this rude delivery person and I explain I thought I was going to be his last appointment, he starts to tell me his last appointment is at 4:00 PM so while hes talking Im trying to scramble and see what I can do, my daughter gets home at 2:30 so Im attempting to work with the guy and explain that my daughter will be home and he keeps cutting my off and telling, hes just a contractor he doesnt work for the company, and I shouldnt believe what the store says, they are always lying and its not his problem. By this point Im pissed because I was going to try to work with him. I call the store speak to the sales guys and apologizes for the delivery and assures me hell never use that contractor again. So then he wants to reschedule and I let him know we are back at square one with my window of time. He then starts to become a little loud and tells me they have one warehouse that everyone pulls from and blah blah blah, by this point I say just cancel my order and refund my credit card. He tells me it will be about 10-15 days before I get it back. I understand that the protocols and I know my window is difficult but be honest and just say we wont be able to get you that delivery window then its my choice to move forward or not, now Im back at square one plus having to wait for the refund. From a customers perspective its not always the message thats difficult its the delivery. Ive worked in customer service and I know retail is a hard job trying to make the impossible possible but working with customer by clear communication with a little empathy goes a long way. EPIC FAIL 100% due to customer service and not product!

I have been there just shopping for the Serta bed base and ended up really liking their product M900.The price seems to be out of budget but Philip gave me a great deal I couldnt resist. I locked it right away. He also walked me through finance options that could work me. Very happy with delivery service as well.

When I went in, I met Phil. He answered all my questions and provided good customer service.After I bought the mattress, I had problems with the delivery. It took three times to get it right.I also ordered headboards for an adjustable base that I bought but the part that connects the headboard to the base was never sent and had to order them again.All in all, it took three months to get it all squared away.Overall, good customer service, but the process was difficult and made me regret going here.Three stars for treating the customers right, but two stars off for everything going wrong after I made the payment.

Are you a good service here. I bought a very expensive mattress most people don’t buy that is what the sales person sad. I like it here the person I was dealing with was very nice. I went into the store yesterday to get my box spring replaced. The man who was working yesterday was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products around the store that I didnt feel like I missed out on anything. I was thinking of buying a moving base for my bed but when he showed me the box spring with draws I just couldnt pass it up! I had bought my mattress from them a year ago(same location, different person) and had the same experience of a highly knowledgeable staff with a great pleasant demeanor. I made my first large adult purchase at this sleep train and felt so take care of with financing and delivery as well as pillows and bed frames. They were by far my best customer service experience when making a large purchase.

He showed me 3 kinds and I settled for the Sealy extra firm one because I have a bad back. I told him that I already had a platform/bed to put it on. We added bunkies as he explained to me would make the mattress even more stable and height convenient and a PAB Tencel to protect the mattress from accidental spills and stains. Nasir was very thorough and impeccable in servicing my needs.However,, through no fault of his and the manager, I had to cancel the order since my wife said we had other priorities like buying a new dishwasher. She also told me that our present mattress was still very good and still very firm. I had to have a second opinion and asked my son, who is much heavier than me to try out the mattress and tell me how it felt. And he said that the mattress is still as firm and would still last another year or so.Expect a visit from me again.
