Simple, straight forward, and maybe its due to a bunch of college age kids, but the place always seem clean, put together, and stocked*. Everyone is always kind and welcoming to me, and those that go with me, and I can easily see the prices on things so there are no surprises. Overall, kind atmosphere and exactly what to expect from a clean college bookstore.*stocked being for general use, unless its the week before or first week of school, then books can be hard to find.

All they want to do is take your money! I wish I would of got the gentleman’s name! Very rude and would not exchange my cord that I bout 3 weeks ago! I could of told him I just bought it last week! They will over change you for EVERYTHING! His response was I can sell you another one but not exchange with a very rude attitude! Save your money and buy on amazon you will save over 60%! Also if you pay top dollar for a book from their store they will try and buy it back for a few dollars and sell it to the next student for way more money!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staffs. Recently visited this bookstore to buy some books for my niece. Had exactly what I need.

People working here are friendly and helpful.Handy if you really need something immidiately.Things are arranged nicely by categories, very handy for easily finding what you need.Expensive books and supplies. I dont get my books here... only when theyre exclusively available at this bookstore.I remember forgetting my lip balm at home, so I went here to buy one, I got one for $5 and its not even a good one.

I prefer going here instead of the cafeteria. Snacks are MUCH cheaper. I dont buy books at the bookstore, since you can get them cheaper online.

Terrible service from this lady named Debbie. I wanted to return a book and she had the audacity to say I ruined the pages when I bought it like that. At first she said I couldnt return then said she was gonna take it. Rude tone of voice. Practically called me a liar. Not the type of person that should be working here. On top of that everyone working there is standing but her. Cant even do her job right. Was not happy with helping me. Overall not happy with my visit to the bookstore. Has attitude problems. This Debbie lady needs to be fired.

Isaac kept asking for my number and snapchat. He has long hair, is hispanic and is overweight. Going to contact management about this.
