Ive always loved edible arrangements. Theyre sort of my favorite form of love language! What is better than receiving a basket of fresh fruit and having it arranged so beautifully! You cant go wrong with getting one as a gift. The owner, Adrienne, is one of the sweetest people I know. Very helpful and tries her best to help you make the right decision with fruit choices. So glad I stopped by here! Cant wait to order another amazing arrangement!
If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Do not trust this store, they are unreliable, and if you call them they do whatever it takes to defend their process and make it seem like you’re crazy for expecting an on-time delivery. I placed an order for Mother’s Day, but my order was never delivered. I understand it’s a hectic holiday, but what really made me upset was the fact that nobody tried contacting me or the recipient for the “attempted” delivery. People were home too and it was night, so if the deliverer even tried to knock on the door or ring the doorbell, somebody would have answered. But no proof whatsoever of any attempted delivery. When I called them to express my disappointment, they were of no help whatsoever, talked to me in a condescending tone, and did not even try to make the situation any better. I am completely disappointed because I used to order from edible arrangements a lot in the past. Now I know at least that I cannot rely or trust in this store for anything. Save yourself some trouble and unnecessary stress, do not order from this store ever.
This was great! So glad I purchased this arrangement it was easy to walk in and get something. Next time I will order ahead because I took a thank you arrangement to a birthday lol but I was able to walk in and get an arrangement that looking amazing. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it!
Edible arrangements is definitely the way to go. They have the BEST customer service and quality products. I called the store and placed an order with Jasmine. She was very friendly and helpful. I was told the delivery would be sent the next day but then I received a call that the delivery would be expedited and sent the same day. I was THRILLED that Adrienne, the store owner, made sure that the delivery was going to happen before the end of the day. Timing is everything because I was trying to cheer my friend up since she wasn’t feeling well. When my friend received the delivery, it made her day and she was overjoyed. She said the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and the chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and apples were FRESH and DELICIOUS. This is the third time I’ve worked with Adrienne and her staff and they AMAZE me EVERY time. Adrienne, THANK YOU for your time, dedication, and efforts into your staff and services. Your establishment is a true reflection of professionalism and quality.
Had a mothers day order and it was delivered to another house. Only figured it out because that person called me to tell me.Tried to get in contact several times via phone on multiple days and emailing via their website. The calls all go to a broken automated operator that repeats the same message from the manager ever single time, and email has not been answered. I dont even know if that is the ring of the store or the messaging system. They have not answered any of my multiple calls to this store. I even contacted the Fremont location to see if they could help me even get in contact. Since they are a franchise this manager is the sole owner and the disconnected nature of edible arrangements leaves it to individual stores to deal with their customers. In fact, you replied to a review about 7hrs ago of me typing this and it sends the message that you are more concerned with your negative reviews, while basking in the positive reviews you receive instead of resolving the issues of customers.This poor way to contact the store is not excusable and on top of that the sheer defensive nature of this owner in her conduct on various negative reviews publicly berating people is unprofessional. I can excuse that some of these reviews are idiotic in nature, but blaming her customers for all of these problems that clearly has a trend with poor service is unprofessional and shows lack of understanding of her customer base and initiative in solving problems.As of today, still no reply to my email via edible arrangements feedback and the phone system unusable.Edit 5/20/21This is ridiculous that its been 2 weeks and the only reply Ive gotten is through this review. I have an email with an actual reference number sent weeks ago. The number in the reply sends me to the Hayward locations broken system. I now have sent a email in that reply. It is beyond ridiculous that the first response of customer service is this review.
Fresh fruits and the chocolate is delicious!!! I come here all the time. Chocolate dipped apple is my favorite, and I love their caramel apple too :) Good customer service and I get samples when I’m there every time. Thank you guys. You guys rock!
This is the worst store I ever dealt with. I put in an order yesterday to be delivered today. For my moms birthday. Their store is already close and theres no orders delivered to my mom. I tried calling them multiple times and nobody is answering. Call is diverted right away to automated call. Now Im gonna have to call my bank to dispute my order. And get my money back.
They did not deliver my mother her edible fruit flowers on mothers day. They gave her flowers. I didnt order flowers. It was a 100$ and some change. Im very disappointed in theh customer service. 1 star they get. Never order from them again.
Poor quality fruit, pineapples are sour and strawberries are blah. This is the last time I ever buy edible arrangements.

O Stars do not purchase any edible arrangement here for any loved one. They are unprofessional unethical and don’t deserve your business. Cannot leave a message, cannot track your order, they don’t deliver in a timely manner and don’t communicate any info to you the customer about your order efficiently. Most disappointing experience ever. Funny the only thing they do manage to get right is charging you for arrangements they fail to deliver. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and opt for flowers NOT fruit and definitely NOT from here unless you want to lose your money. You lost ANOTHER customer.

Horrible!!!! -Edible in Hayward Ca on mission- placed an order to be delivered next day- nothing! Called mid day got a live person she told me will deliver by 6pm. it’s 9:23am a new day no delivery! Called them multiple times automated voicemail keeps repeating with no option to leave a message! I will never ever use this business again! And I will make SURE no one in my BIG HUGE circle orders from here or anywhere in the country! On my way to the store to get this situation handled! And the Star was to make a review not for this store!

This new crew changed the store around. They really put quality over quantity unlike the Berkeley store. Delivery on point as well! Will order again.

I received an edible arrangement for my birthday yesterday 6-26-17 approx 1:30pm. The young man who delivered, came to my door, greeting me with a pleasant smile. He reassured me that I would enjoy the fruit that my sweetheart picked out for me. I was impressed!! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful-- White Chocolate covered bananas, Milk chocolate covered green apples, strawberries, grapes, and flower cut pineapples & melons!! All fruits were fresh and taste perfectly sweet... I am picky and a perfectionist when it comes to food (especially fruit). In this case, I couldnt have ask for better.... Thank you HAYWARD EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!
Ordered Monday for Thursday, and delivery is still not here at 9:20pm on Thursday. My kids are in bed and I’m supposed to expect my doorbell to ring? Paid a premium for Valentine’s Day delivery, and nothing showed by the time that their website specifies for holidays and associated hours. Will be reaching out for a refund considering this has ruined my holiday. Will not order from this company again.
Horrible experience for my wife. She knows I love fruits and wanted to surprise me. She ordered some for delivery on valentines day and it never came to my work.She receives a confirmation email and was properly charged . So when it was the next day she kept attempting to call them to let them know it was never delivered and she was charged. The iPhone was set direct voicemail. A voicemail that was deactivated and kept repeating leave a message. Even throught the week the phone stayed like this with no way of contact. Eventually I just told her to file a back charge with the bank explaining you never recieved the paid for goods.Overall avoid this scammy place, it left my wife upset that she was fooled by them and also couldnt give me a surprise gift.
Walked into the store and it looked terrible. All the shelves were empty, no cards, a couple of balloons and nothing ready to go. No teddy bears. No Im sorry items. Nothing. I go into the store to do something spontaneous for my girlfriend and the only thing I can purchase are some chocolate covered strawberries that I was told would be delivered to the address not far from the location by 6pm (1/31/2017). Guess what doesnt get delivered at 6pm. Instead they try to deliver them today (2/1/2017) in the middle of the day, what we didnt arranged. No ones going to be home to receive them when theyre at work and busy. Instead the order gets cancelled and I lose my money no refund. Avoid this place.
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter who was spending her birthday away from family to be sent to her work. It never arrived. When I called (about an hour before the end of the delivery times), I was told the driver had an emergency and could not deliver it that day. I received no call prior to me calling. I was told it could be delivered the next day or refunded. I guess that is something but it can’t fix the fact that with my daughter being away from loved ones on her birthday now isn’t receiving the one thing I thought would cheer her up. Very disappointing and something I can’t fix at this late in the day. This company has lost my trust and I won’t use them again for any occasion.
I had a screw up with a client recently and I was going to see them in about 30 minutes. I wanted to make it up to my client by getting the front office staff some chocolate strawberries. I called the Hayward Store, Melia answered and told me she could get me a dozen strawberries in like 15 minutes. She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond but most importantly kept a smile on her face. Great experience!

Horrible service. So, I ordered something online. When I get there this girl name Tatina help me out. She told me that theyre working on order. I was ok with that. Then she comes back to tell me that they dont have the box I ordered. I told her I wanted a refund and why I wasnt called. She said they found out now. I told her again I wanted a refund, she had an attitude. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Lost my business.

I was calling from North Carolina to have an arrangement sent to California which I called a California store Haywood California and the lady was very nice and she said to me if you went till tomorrow the delivery charge of 1495 will be waived because it’s free delivery tomorrow which was Saturday and she came back like five minutes later and says I’m sorry I made a mistake that was wrong they shouldn’t have never said anything they didn’t even honor it so that to me is bad business so the first she said the manager was a girl then she said the manager was a boy clearly they were lying they were out to make money like everybody is but that’s not right what they did it’s for somebody that passed away I guess they have no feelings I hope they don’t come across somebody that does that to them when their mother dies or their father dies

Placed an order for my Dad to have sent to my Grandma for mothers day 2016 since we live out of state. It was not delivered then nor has it been delivered. The phone is busy no one will answer. Called customer service an they we not willing to help! I will never use this store again!! Nice that they took my fathers money and didnt follow through with the order nor will the corporate office help with getting a refund. All they say is they will contact the store to let them know there was a problem.

We have had the same problem . Ordered something for Mothers Day and not yet has been delivered . Not yet have gotten a refund . This is very frustrating . Atleast have the respect to answer or even give us an update . Whats the point of customer service, they did not even seem to care . I will never use edible arrangements after this .
