I am very happy with the service offered here. They have a lot of good sandwich choices here and is awesome to stop by here anytime if you are next door to the Laundry Mat or just going there just because. It always seems to be busy etc. And the food is good. Had BLT and Turkey Sandwiches and they are exactly what is shown on the door its just very delicious. If you are a local or travelling and have not tried this place yet you need to.

Very disappointed with my bagel sandwich I ordered. The bagel was hard and tasted stale. The only reason for 3 stars is the donuts were good but they need to make sure they have fresh bagels.

Great people the owners are wonderful. I love coming to grab a taste doughnut with some wake up coffee. Maybe make a little money playing lottery. Over all I give it 5 stars wish I could give it 10 🌟

Wonderful donuts, great service. I work nights at a hospital and sometimes on my way home from work in the morning get 2 dozen to take to work that night. Everyone devours them and says they taste like they were just made. The cake donuts are my favorite.

I am a caregiver for an elderly woman who lives in Hayward about one mile and one half from Donut Express. She just loves their Buttermilk donuts and Apple fritters. She just cant get by her day with a bag of Donut Express goodies!!!!!!Mrs. N. Just loves this establishment.!!!

I just want to say that this place is one of my favorites... and I am very picky. The consistency is perfect and they do not taste greasy, as that would usually be overwhelming for me. The customer service is also very great. The staff is very welcoming and have a warm, down to earth nature. I totally recommend Donut Express!!!

When I was in Fremont Monday actually stopped at 2 Donuts coffee shops and both of them hat fresh donuts and coffee it was perfect at 7 in the morning goodbye

This place is a hole in the wall spot, and I usually give those stores a chance. I ask the lady to warm up my donut and she had an attitude. Then was mad at me when I didnt want the donuts because she sneezed behind the counter with no gloves... I mean, Where is the hospitality? She was sniffling and wrapping donuts without gloves. Truly the saddest scene of customer service Ive encountered. But I said my peace, may God abundantly bless you.

I went there and the odor was intense. The shop looked unclean and the customer service was poor.

The Donuts holes are good, chocolate raised are okay. New Owners are friendly. Lottery coming soon less than a month.

Not just donuts!! Thier sandwiches are surprisingly economical and sooooo good. Im a rather large man and I have issues finishing one. Best kept secret in Hayward!

The clerk in the store accused me of stealing money from him telling me I gave him a 5 dollar bill when I knew all I had in my wallet was a 10 dollar bill. He gave me my change then kept bringing up I gave him a 5. I told him to go balance his till because I am not a thief nor do I go places intending to take money from anyone ever in my 56 years of living. I left and he was still yelling at me so I told him where he could go and shove it up his a.. ..! Then he yells no cusing I gave him a finger. I reported him to the owner the next day.
