I was having a problem using PayPal registering a new account. Highline held the piece for me as the money was tied up in PayPal. The payment finally went through and they were able to get it here in time for the holidays. Thank you.

They lack professionalism and they are not very honest. Everytime I call, I either get the run around or left on hold forever. The responsiveness to returning customers suck and I won’t be spending anymore money with them. Plus, I’ve been waiting on the same customized chain since August, and I was told it would only be 4-6 weeks.

Sam took care of me as soon as I got there and it only took bout 2 weeks to get my grill for a good price definitely going back 👍🏻

Would give zero stars if possible they scam you with classic tricks tell you its vvs and give you si if you dont know your diamonds and they overcharge ..they rely heavily on ignorance of people and prey on the black and minority community

When a business states on the web, as well as on google that it is open during hours and is in fact still letting buddies in and out yet as a potential new customer approaches closes the security gate and even after being reminded that even by their own numerous clocks, that there is over 10 minutes to go until closing, that the no longer potential client drove over 80 miles and has a simple and quick matter to take care of, it will get 1 star from me. 0 would be better, for being entirely non helpful, borderline rude, unwilling to even try to work with potential clients, and for not abiding by their own stated hours of operation when clearly the buddies are all hanging. good luck on the customer relation service front . retention and new customer attraction is gonna be an issue

Best place to find great jewelry

Had a piece repaired, they told me it would be completely in 2 day. Here it is 3 months later and the employee that I dealt with no longer works there, they had difficulty finding my piece that was being repaired not once but three times. So finally it was finished. But they made the loop too small😖 so now I have to wait another week for the piece to be fixed😖not sure if they’ll be on my top 3 places to purchase jewelry. Unhappy.

I was told a watch was ready for pickup & when I arrived was told watch wasnt there & whoever had it wasnt answering, so who knows where my watch is but if they dont find it I will be getting all my cash back.

Service stinks they pressure you to buy pieces you dont like and if you dont spend what they want theyll treat you like trash only go if you are a celebrity with wads of cash not for the average consumer in southland mall wich is a pretty low end mall anyway...
