Milwaukee has them as a warranty service location, I walk in and ask them a question. Then they push me to the side, 30mins go by. Then they finally help me and said sorry we cant service the m12 fuel hammer drill (in his words the small drill) . With no Explanation. Ok then what i dont understand is i show them the drill when I first got there. Why sit me to the side for 30mins if they cant help me
