Bought a walking treadmill through a third party and almost immediately started having some trouble with it. The treadmill manufacturer hooked me up with Gym Doctors and they were awesome. Extremely courteous, quick service, but extremely thorough (he found the problem and was able to fix it right away, but he went ahead and checked a bunch of other things while he was here just to make sure).

They came out twice to work on our elliptical machine. The problem is not fixed and we are out almost $400. The technician did not seem very knowledgeable or sharp. They offered to do more work but we arent confident they can fix it based on the experience to date, so we have chosen not to spend any more money.

I was referred to the Gym Doctors by someone who worked in a gym so I felt confident theyd do a good job - they did better. They had thorough knowledge of my Sole F80 and had it up and running in minutes. They also offered lots of good advice on how to maintain it, get the most out of the warranty, and best practices. Id highly recommend these folks if you need someone to assemble and/or service your home gym equipment!

Replaced old treadmill with new elliptical. Gym Doctors was responsive and professional and delivered and set up in the same day. They were courteous and responsive.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and competence of Gym Doctors. I have a Healthrider 95 elliptical that was squeaking loudly to the point where it could be heard from across the street. I called Gym Doctors and they promptly set up an appointment the following week on Tuesday at 7 AM. That was convenient for me as I would not be too late for work if the work got done by 11 AM or so. Jeremy came exactly at 7 AM. He had the elliptical fixed in half an hour. It doesnt make any noise anymore and also runs like it was brand new despite being 11 years old. I had pretty much given up on it thinking that it would be beyond repair and that I would have to buy a new one. Now it works great and I saved over a thousand dollars.

Super rude technicians came out to my house for help with new equipment. They treated us very rudely. I would never ever use them again.

I have used the guys at Gym Doctors for years for all of our at home work out equipment and they are fantastic. Every time they come out to service our machines, they are on time, efficient, skilled, dont oversell me and really know what they are doing. The in-store manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to rectify a situation with our warranty company to get our warranty re-installed. He went to the effort and made the time to handle it purely to our benefit. I highly recommend them and wont go anywhere else for service for our machines.

I called and requested a service call, soon tech came by and ran an inspection thoroughly. His diagnostic was straight forward, very knowledgeable, professional and most of all honest advise. I have used Gym Doctors about four times over a long period, and they have been consistently excellent. They use their time efficiently and they know their jobs extremely well. Whether its a repair or a tune-up or moving equipment (taking down and setting up again) they do a great job.

Gym Doctors continues to be our equipment service provider and continues to do an outstanding job. They are quick to respond and always fix the machine the first time out. We also have a monthly maintenance plan which has saved us tons of money in the long run.

Very satisfied with their service. My Nordictrack elliptical developed a nasty knock. Called to make an appointment. The person on the phone informed me of all my options and was very pleasant. The appointment was set for following day. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Fixed my machine in 45 minutes and showed me how to maintain my elliptical. They are now my go to service company.

Professional and timely disassemble and reassemble of 20-year old complicated multi-station Apollo exercise machine. Reasonably priced, but the main thing is their know-how and professionalism. Highest recommendation.

Gym Doctors did a great job repairing my brothers treadmill. I bought it for him used and was disappointed when it started acting up, doing things the previous owner made no mention of. Turned out it was just a bunch of deferred maintenance. Gym Docs showed up to the appointment on time, and their technician was friendly and had the right tools and parts to get it running smoothly. He even was nice enough to explain some of the issues and their causes, which is important for me.

Used Gym Doctors about 5 years ago on a prior home treadmill and was very happy. Got a new treadmill about 3 years ago, and it was working fine until we had some remodeling done and got major construction dust/grime on the treadmill even though it was covered with a tarp. Called Gym Doctors again and was told exactly what the estimate would cover. Made an appointment, and they were even early which worked out better. The tech (Mike) was courteous and said it probably needed a tune-up (never had one) and that the belt probably got tweaked. SURE enough that was what it was. He also then tuned-up my elliptical at the same time.Service was GREAT, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. If I have to ever buy another piece of equipment I would try them first before going elsewhere.

The Service man arrived on time and did the maintenance on my Treadmill which is very old. I knew I needed some parts changed and he told me about the ones that needed fixing. He is working on a quote and will let me know when he can come and fix it and how much it will cost. The lady that answered the phone was very professional and explained the process of the service call. I would recommend them to anyone!

Recently had my Lifecycle bike repaired by the Gym Doctors. They did a great job and kept me posted throughout the repair process. The bike is working great! Awesome service!

After our old treadmill died in December, we called them for help. Technician came out for diagnosis and the service manager called us the next day and provided us several options from repairs to replacement. We learned a lot about treadmills during the call and decided to buy a new one from them. A week later they delivered the new treadmill, removed the old one and gave us full credit $$ from the initial service call which was very cool. Our new treadmill is leaps and bounds superior to our old Costco treadmill, granted we paid considerably more for it but I guess you get what you pay for.The education on treadmills alone was worth the 5 stars. The entire experience was top notch and we are very happy.

We have a couple of fitness equipment from NordicTrack. One of them, a Freestrider has been giving us problems mainly with the resistance not working well. Several technicians have been sent over to took at it from other companies besides Gym Doctors. This afternoon Emil from Gym Doctors stopped by to install a new motor. I have always felt the technicians from Gym Doctors were very professional and performed their job well. However, of all the several technicians that have visited us over the years to attend to treadmills, exercise bikes,and weight machines, Emil stepped things up several notches. He found issues on the Freestrider that had not been discovered or mentioned before by others, he was comfortable disassembling the machine to the bare essentials to diagnose the problem, while thinking outside the box for possible workarounds or a solution. In typical Gym doctors fashion, he was very professional yet very approachable and easy to talk to. He explained the problem to me and easily put everything back together. In summary, I would say that we have been been very happy with the services of Gym Doctors and from personal experience the companys technicians are usually very professional, experienced, patient, thorough, and show a lot of care in restoring broken machines back to working order. We are very grateful to have Emil come to look at our Freestrider today! Thanks to his diligent efforts, we now know the next steps towards fully resolving the problem, which has been going on for a couple of months now. Thanks again for the great job!
