When I walked into the store there was no customers.. after I paid for 4 hats to have writing on the back. The cashier Tania decided not to start the process and continue to to help the customers that just walked in. I asked her if she can start the process and she declined saying she has to help others. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional to except my money but put me on hold to help others. when I asked for a refund since she wouldnt start the process she gave me a attitude saying I need to back away from the register as if I was going to steal. Yeah I wont return again.

Poor and bad quality embroidery service plus pricey.The guy had bad attitude and long wait.( they said 15 to 20 min) and I were waiting for 45 min.$39.70 for 3 caps.

Staff here werent helpful. I went in with my mom, who was looking for a hat to gift to my brother. There were two staff members who saw us come in and proceeded to walk to the back. I was standing near the register needing help and had to call someone out from back there on two separate occasions. We ended up leaving after the unhelpful staff didnt care to sell.

Dont ever go to this place especially the one in serramonte mall. The worker was rude and obnoxious. They lost package and couldnt give me a ETA. I am never going back to that particular store ever

Wanted to buy a hat from there but the guy working was very un business like i believe he was even the store manager his name is chris.He shold not work with the public.
