The technician with Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing. He was on time and professional while also being personable. He found that our system could not be saved and explained all of our options in great detail. He got us scheduled for next day installation and helped us with finance options. If all of the technicians are as great as him, we will continue to use Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning for all our future HVAC needs.

They came out to diagnose and actually talked me out of replacing the motor. Did some preventive maintenance and said the furnace was in great shape. Neil explained the issue I had with my drain line out of my AC. He identified where the primary drain line was clogged. Unfortunately, it was said to be a plumbing issue due to drain line clogging at the master bathroom sink so I ultimately needed to resolve it myself. Great advice on preventative maintenance and issue resolution.

I recently had Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning come out and address a major cleaning problem with my air conditioning unit. Scheduling the repair job was an easy process and they were very accommodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We discussed my problem, and they had someone to my place at 1pm on Monday. By 2pm on Monday, my air conditioner was up and running again. I had an idea of what the problem was, and the tech agreed with my diagnosis which - once again - showed great customer service. The cost of the repair was also exactly what I thought. Awesome.

Upon arrival Neil had his mask on and was cognizant of social distancing. He quickly diagnosed the problem after testing (Condensate Pump) which he replaced, checked my AC units, noticed my refrigerant for both was low so he topped them off. Would definitely recommend them for any repairs or system replacement.

This is great service company. They have always serviced my furnace and air condition with professionalism. Yesterday I called them concerned about my water heater and it has some rust on the bottom. After asking questions including the age of it, they told me it could be some surface rust from moisture on the outside of the tank. The tank will start to leak water if it were rusting out and I should wait before replacing it. Thanks for being a honest business.
