We bought a hydraulic pump, and when we received it, it was defective. We called to return it, which was approved by a manager. When the company received it, they refused to credit my credit card. I had to call my credit card and file a chargeback. The employees were rude on the phone and absolutely refused to help me. As a previous sales manager, I know how important it is to keep the customer happy. Obviously, I am not a happy customer!! : ( I will never buy another product from this company ever again!!
