Bad Service. Profesional business fleecing pricing. Absolutely disgusting prices. They say they ate competitive not to you and I walking off the street. I would go anywhere but here.

This place is inefficient, they always have computer issues so you stand outside waiting longer than a line at an amusement park ride, the staff is not helpful, they have signs posted that state “Loading and unloading is customer responsibility” when the tanks can easily throw out your back if lifted incorrectly. The inconvenience that you receive from this welding store is comparable to that of the DMV

I was trying to explain my needs, lady at front desk just kept interrumping me saying we dont work with that again and again. When I finally finished explaining what I needed, she said oh! You need one of this. And try to sell me something I did not need.

Service was good - unfortunately they swapped my 336 cu ft cylinder for a 250 cu ft one... They said its their current policy, which I think is a little odd. As a hobbyist I do not think it matters too much...
