Although they did repair my mothers sewing machine. They lost the power cord and pedal. Every time I came back to pick it up they had the wrong part. I did this 3 times. then promised to reorder and replaced, but never called me back. the 2 stars was for the repair. otherwise it would have been one star. :(

I brought a lot of vacuum cleaners to his shop. When I got them back they didnt pick up one speck of dirt. This was too much money spent not to not have one vacuum work. I think he pulled parts from my machines to fix other vacuums instead of repairing mine. I threw away the expensive vacuums and bought another vacuum. One vacuums didnt even have a suction problem when I brought in, the hose/nozzle was broken. But when I got it back it couldnt pick up anything, it was only 6 months old when someone stepped on the broke the nozzle. Make him demo the repair job before taking your property back. I was too busy to deal with him but if he tested his work he knows that they couldnt vacuum even a feather from a floor let alone a speck of dust!

Poor customer service, extremely rude towards customers that question him on repairs, and not consistent on when shop opens. Quality of work that was done is good but the lack of customer service will make me go else where. The young man who used to work there was great to work with... they should have kept him. Im sorry to say you lost a 30 year customer.

The newest sewing machines and embroidary machines, high end vacuums as well as affordable ones. Highly recommand to everyone.

This place has good amount of parts that I needed for my sewing machine. I also brought my vacuum cleaner here for repair. The guy gives you good explanations of what needs to be done and an upfront price for the service. The decision is up to you whether you want it fix or not.

I have a very old machine that had been neglected by a family member. It was the machine my grandmother taught me to sew on and I wanted to be able to use it to sew again. Less than a week later I had my machine back and in tip top shape! I’m so great full to have found this place

I took my 41 year old Kenmore in on a walk in basis. The gentleman was polite and professional. He called within 24 hours to give me the diagnosis and my approval to proceed. It was ready next day. My machine sounds and performs like new. Im so pleased.

Needed my Bissell carpet cleaner unclogged after I began using it. I realized it wasn’t vacuuming up the soapy water I just put in the carpet! A1 was able to take my carpet cleaner and clean out the clog within an hour for a reasonable price! I was quite relieved to get my carpet cleaner back home so I could finish the job of cleaning my carpet. Excellent customer service and all around helpful guy running the place. This guy is a straight thief. Took a sewing machine and at first he said it was 150, then he charged 200 and the machine didnt even work.. I took it again and he wanted an ADDITIONAL 200 to fix it again so I told him no, so since i didnt pay he said he was going to literally mess it up again leaving it how it was in the first place. Completely unprofessional, never coming to this place again.

The friendly guys who work here know how to fix any kind of sewing machine or vacuum cleaner. They do it rather quickly even! They do charge for it, and it can be a little bit expensive. Also, if you want or need something, theyll order it for you if they dont have it. I wish they were open on Sunday.

I just went there 1 time to price a clutch for a Dyson. The dealer wanted $30 so I thought A-1 might be cheaper plus they were right down the street. A-1 wanted $60 for the same part. When I told the guy Dyson was 1/2 the price and why was he so high he walked away. I thought for sure the dealer would be more expensive, they always are. They are too greedy to get any of my business.
