Not that great: He came out fine and notified me when he was on his way. No problem there. The problem is that when you clean the carpet with the wand youre supposed to go over the carpet twice with the water and the wand and then youre supposed to go over it with only the suction action to get the residue out of the carpet. He didnt do that. There for, or carpet took three days to dry. Our carpet was left far to moist. I couldnt walk on it for three days and we had to leave our air conditioning on the entire three days. What I didnt spend in a new carpet Ill end up spending for my electric bill. I hope that I dont get mildew now.
