I had a great experience with Bay City Scales. They helped me out of a jam when my scales went down at my job-site. They even helped me out by giving me a rental unit while they repaired my unit. Staff was responsive and the tech who they sent out really knew his stuff. I would highly recommend these guys.

This company must have more business than they can handle, because they dont return calls, and when they answer will leave you on hold until you give up, I was on hold for over 10 minutes.If you do get to talk to the sale guy he will over promise and under deliver on when he will get back to you.Doing business in todays market is very competitive and all you have in most cases is service, I wish this company luck because they dont.
