What a joke i wouldnt take anything to these yahoos. Poor customer service Jose the guy that first look care of me has a attitude like you are wasting his time bringing in parts to be anodized i brought in four peaces for my AR 15 build he told me that they might come out different shades of blue due to the difference in material. I figured if the blue was off a slight shade not a big deal. Jose told me that the parts would be done on Wednesday i drooped off on the Friday before. after not receiving a call on wed. I called on Thursday Jose told be that they were working on them and be done later that day he would call me by 2:30 i called back at 3:30 Jose said not done be the end of the day Friday i thought that was ridiculous so he told me that he would get his guy on it first thing Fri morning and call when done. Jose calls me Friday morning around 10:00 said they were all done i drove down to pick them up and what i got was JUNK. the lower was the blue i wanted the upper was a light baby blue the hand guard was a Grey blue and pitted horribly plus wasnt striped all the way and had green paint on it from when it was made. I paid the bill and took my parts to another anodizing company. They told me the handgaurd was overly etched and the pits were caused by them there was no fix for it garbage. the other pieces would have to be redone to get the color close. they also told me that the pieces should have been died more to get them to match DONT GO TO THESE GUYS UN LES YOU DONT CARE ABOUT HOW IT TURNS OUT BECAUSE THEY DONT!!!PS. i asked for a owner or manager and was directed to Tony he said i have to deal with Jose i told Jose I wanted to talk to the manager he said I would have to talk to Tony. tony said that he just works in shipping and it was between me and JoseGOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THESE GUYS
