Dorian the mechanic was the best he installed my battery and put on my new windshield wipers I purchased. He had great conversation and did a quick and efficient job on my car. I will definitely recommend to anyone. I really love the staff everyone was great as well I truly appreciate good service.

I was a basic garage mechanic that never did more than my own oil changes but I Needed calipers, control arms and a ball joint for my 2010 VW and didn’t want to shell out $1500 bucks to the local garage. I went to autozone to get some advice and thoughts. Most of the people that man the counters are real mechanics and very knowledgeable. They help guide me through the process and also showed me proper techniques on how to use tools I borrowed. The job took me the whole weekend, probably 12 hours and some skin but everything is working and running properly. Thank you autozone!! Ready to tackle the strut assembly next.

Great customer service

I went to this store on Thursday July 16th to pick up a product I had ordered online. I couldn’t believe when I walked in the store the sales associate that took my credit card for payment was not wearing a protective mask to help protect himself and customers.I wear a mask at all times when I’m in close proximity to others. I couldn’t help but ask this individual why he wasn’t wearing a mask...his reply was “masks affect his immune system and he doesn’t believe in them.” This type of response and behavior is beyond comprehension in this day and age. Don’t think I would be heading to this store again. Enter at you own risk!

Just terrible normally good but from ignoring me as the customer to skipping over me to help someone else who is getting there car worked on in the parking lot smh

They had misdiagnosed my car twice which caused me to spend unnecessary money. In this process i also paid one of the employers (claiming he was a mechanic), to put a part in my car and when I asked for some type of compensation or help he told me no. Do not go here and waste your time/money!!

Went in to buy brake light bulbs to install in my Jeep Cherokee. I had intentions on doing it myself via YouTube when the sales associate Angela volunteered, saving time i wouldve spent reviewing & installing. She has made it so the Hazel Crest store earned my repeat business!

I was just at the Auto Zone in Hazel Crest IL. I had a bad battery and didn’t have the long extension to get it out. I was able to get my car to auto zone. Luna was absolutely delightful. She took out my old battery and installed the new battery in a matter of minutes and did it all with a smile.. Luna definitely made my day better. Five star service!!!!

I had the most greatest experience today, I bought a blub for my head light took it to a machanic to put it in and he said that the bulb was defected so I bought the blub to hazel crest auto zone and this amazing young lady by the name of Luna came out to my car and figured out the problem. The so call mechanic put the blub in the wrong light, I was going to take my car to the shop but she Luna worked magic thank you so much for hiring her great job.

Went to store with battery problem and the service was excellent. Mike, Angela and Jacari went out of the way to satisfy my problem. Autozone will continually get my auto service. Thank you Autozone.

Very disappointed I stopped by to buy a spark plug for my lawnmower I enter the building I notice they had lines on the floor to guide you to the cashier to maintain social distance as I made my way I had a customer behind me and one ahead of me the person ahead of me got their items and left I was next all of the sudden they called the guy behind me I notice he had a walking Cain so I though it was because of that they skip me he got his things and left naturally I should be next but then he calls another customer they was behind that other guy he the employee clearly look at me and still call the other customer I walk out walked literally next door to oreillys bought my spark plug in less than a minute what a shame auto zone not professional at all won’t be coming back to this store

I give one star because I came in looking for a light bulb for my back light and the guy who was at the register looked it up after attempting to flirt with me by correcting my choice of words. Than as the purchase was over he asked my name I didnt feel he needed my name so I said it isnt relevant and he than proceeded to say I was gone put your light bulb in but Im not now since u cant tell me your name. I thought they was supposed to put it in if needed. But because I wouldnt give him my name with his awkward flirting he didnt want to put it in for me. Its one lady that works there that is always nice thats why I shop there because they had good customer service but after this situation today I will not be back. He was the young guy working today.

The manager thats there by the name of Luna R. She is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was there last night, it was unbelieveable. I was told they had a store charger to help give me a jump if my car would not start, once i turned it off so they could check my battery. To make a long story short no charger (LIAR), she did not care she was not trying to help me so I can get home... thank God one of the customers were able to give me a jump. She was eating fast food in front of the customers also. NEVER SMILE.....VERY RUDE ..... PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. Go to Markham.

I had the worst experience ever at the store when I walked in the manager was on her phone I told her twice what year the vehicle I had because she was on her phone and was ignoring me. She had an attitude because she had to get up and go get the part. Then I asked her at the cash register what light bulb apart needed she ignore me so I had to grab the box to look And then when I got home I want to put the part on and she gave me the wrong part I told her that the year was 2000 vehicle and she gave me a 1996. I will not be going back to that store as long as shes working there and I will not send anybody to that store.
