Easiest and fastest car buying experience ever! Came in looking for a second vehicle and found a great Honda Element at a fair price. Had my car full of kids yet the staff was incredibly courteous and respectful to myself and them. Financing was easier than I thought especially with “fair” credit, and we didn’t spend the whole day at the dealer. I WILL be returning to buy another car when my oldest heads to college, they have earned my patronage!

Worse ever! I wish I could rate a 0! I just bought a 2008 Toyota 4runner with one owner and no accidents. I was told by Adam that the vehicle was very clean, in excellent shape and needed no work. I am in TN and took his word for it. The vehicle was shipped to my house and arrived with a dead battery. The delivery driver told me he had to jump it to get it on his truck. He had to jump it to get it off his truck at my house. It was dead the next morning. I had to jump it and take it to my mechanic. He put in a new battery. ($185) The next morning it would not start. Just a click. I would try several times and finally it would start. Back to the mechanic. It needed a new starter. ($468) After owning it one week I was able to drive it. Once I got on the road the steering wheel started to vibrate and shake. It shook harder the faster I went. Back to the mechanic. Both of the front brake calipers were frozen. I needed to have those replaced along with other brake stuff such as pads etc. The radiator was also leaking and needed to be replaced. ($2153) I would recommend you stay away from this place. They are not very honest and you will not hear from them after you buy the vehicle. I am contacting the Attorney Generals office for consumer complaints and if they do not do anything I will obtain an attorney.

OMG!! BIGGEST SCAM PLACEBUYERS PLEASE ALWAYS ASK FOR CARFAX report before you buy any car. CARFAX shows you the original mileage on the car. You can also obtain a copy of carfax report by yourself. Just google carfax on your phone and put the vin number from the car. Unfortunately they like to change the miles on their cars before they sell.So I went in to buy from here, it was showing 122k miles on the odometer but when I asked to see the CARFAX report I then discovered that the original miles on the car was 300k. Can you imagine the huge difference?? That means they rigged the mileage. BIG SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!!

If Alan, the tall slim guy tells you he will make a repair on a car to get you to buy it. Get it in writing. He had the windshield replaced but lied and said he didnt say he would do the wheel alignment. Its always better to do business with someone who is a man of his word.

My family and I have purchased two cars from I-80 Auto Sales. The salesmen can be a bit pressuring but that is part of their duty to CLOSE. I dont blame them because this dealership does come across some exceptional used cars at a GREAT DEAL. If you dont act fast the car will be sold to someone else. It might be a good idea to get pre-approved for financing or have the cash before looking on their lot for a car.

Worst place i went to EVER! I went there for a school field trip last friday and the 2 staff members there so disrespectful to me, my classmates, and the school staff. Asking us what are you doing you doing here?, U cant be here. Did your supervisor get you guys permission to be here? And stuff like that. SO Disrespectful. The only thing my school was there for is because we were learning what are the steps to buy/rent a car.

I had been looking for an older CR-V for weeks prior to finding the ad for I-80 on Cars Guru. I was about to drive out of state when I called to make sure I-80 still had the model I wanted. I had my car within a few hours and I was never hassled into anything unwanted or treated like a dollar sign. In fact, they took my old car, which had over 200,000+ miles on it and swapped out the new radio I had installed into it last year into the new car right there at the shop. They worked so painlessly with me that I am extremely grateful for their business. I needed many assurances and they delivered them all. Thank you I-80! I love my car.

I bought a used van from I-80 when I needed it under unfortunate and immediate circumstances. Took it to 2 mechanics during test drive, the first of whom said that he had evaluated a number of unreliable vehicles being sold by I-80— absolutely should’ve heeded that warning. It was bleeding steering fluid from the gearbox, the muffler had a fist-sized tear, and there was just a length of muffler pipe where the cats should’ve been. The second shop I took it to was not so fatalistic, giving me some confidence that, aside from a seized brake caliper and a leaking tire, it was in good running shape. I purchase it at a decent price reflective of these known issues, took it home, and less than 100 miles later, the transmission is slipping like a fish. It ended up being totally trashed and I had to get it transplanted less than a week after purchasing the vehicle. On top of this, Sam tried to tell me that the van was exempt from emissions testing (?!) when I asked about its punctured muffler and missing catalytic converters. He also claimed the A/C was working and thoroughly tested, despite the fact that the lines were all but completely rusted out underneath without a drop of freon. The icing on the cake was when they received my plates and lost them in their office and forgot to mail them for several weeks until I asked repeatedly where they were. These are not trustworthy people and they sell junkyard-bound vehicles. If you want classic sleazy used-car swindlers, look no further. Corroborated by a mechanic familiar with their vehicles. I completely regret patronizing them whatsoever and not being more discerning of the myriad red flags in front of my face. Avoid at all costs!

These guys are amazing! Bought a mitsubishi endeavor from them and had it totalled out just a few days after when someone rear-ended it. There was some complications with the financing, but these guys made sure I had everything I needed, every step of the way. Even after they had their portion of the check from insurance, they made sure I got taken care of also. Great place, with good people!

Shopped around for Hummers for about two weeks seen the one I wanted online. Went in talked to Sam let me take it out for an hour. It was a 2005 H2 Hummer. Says bad credit no credit get approved...blah blah I’m 21 with crappy credit because of college trying to get a vehicle. I make great income only issue is CREDIT but can I get approved for anything on their lot with 1000 down? Absolutely not. I got the runaround as usual. Disappointed!

Very disappointed in my recent purchase. I was told the car I purchased was in mint condition and NO Mechanical issues. After driving it home and not using it more then 100 miles I got a check engine light with numerous mechanical problems. Also, Mice droppings and chewed wires that there 5 mechanics overlooked. GM even told me that there is No way this problem was new and mice living under car for awhile which there awesome mechanics overlooked as well!!Walter does not want to take responsibility for this because his so called mechanics did a service check before sold and overlooked a crack in exhaust manifold and a fried catalytic converter along with other things. Dont be fooled by the decent prices and phony reviews, there decent for a reason!

I bought a Mercedes from these people two weeks ago, when i drove it off the lot it had no problems after 2 days engine light came on they told me they would fix it came back to get to only find out the next day it came on. Then finally to it to Orland of Mercedes they told me you will need a new engine. I told them to come and pay they ignored my phone calls Im taking them to court for this bull.

The people here provided one of the best car buying expeirences I’ve ever had. The test drive was pressure free and I was allowed to go solo. I really liked the vehicle and they worked with me a great deal to make sure I drove off with it. They even sent me the owner’s manual that I asked for a week after I purchased the vehicle. I hate this dealer I brought a x5 from here only to have it towed 3 times to them to have it fixed only to find out they lied about fixing the starter and battery! Had it towed to the dealer only to find out it needs a new engine! Dont buy anything from I 80! Im reporting them to the better business bureau as and filing a case with the attorney General against them! I brought this truck the end of 2016 and 3 months later it needs a engine!

I bought an Infiniti from I80 auto sales and it had cam shaft sensor problems which caused the engine to shut off while driving. I assume the codes were cleared before I test drove it to make it seem as the car was in perfect condition. I replaced the sensors for only 175 dollars doing the labor myself. I emailed I80 auto sales asking for 75 dollar compensation being it happened the same day I bought the car but they have been ignoring multiple emails as well as phone calls.

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from there and I must say that Customer Service, Performance, & Quality of the vehicles have superseded our expectations. Its very rare to find a pre owned car lot with luxury vehicles in GREAT condition! I have referred others who came back with the same testimony. Sam and Tyreik are the best!!!! Day after purchase same tire blew out while I was driving and left me stranded. I am a single mother with a now 12 year old son. The following week I had to pay for something else they claimed to have fixed and/or said I had no issues with. They dont response to phone calls. The sad part ive spent in repairs close to what I paid for the truck. And yet they say I still owe them money and sent a repo service to get my truck for $800.00. Ive been fighting this battle for almost 2 years now. Next stop, small claims court, better business bureau and state attorneys office.

Bought a Cadillac from dealer sun roof stop working a few weeks after I purchase car. Then 2 days after purchase car there was a hole in the oil pan which they made me pay for it lbecause they stated that I bought the car as is....even as is when there are mechanical issues with a car they should reveal that info to you and let you make the decision if you want to still purchase car. Also did I mention they charged me $350.00 for fixing a oil pan on the car....they overcharged me and they know it....2 months later the transmission start slipping.I had to trade that car in at another dealer who happen to know them and gave them a bad review. I am now happy with my error free vehicle. I will never purchase from these people ever again.....I periodically stop by to rub new different cars that i purchased from other dealers.....its so pathetic cause you may scam people for a few bucks but you have lost returning customers. When dealers are fair with people word of mouth is contagious and business is better and bad mouth is detrimental for business, people are smater today before they ventire to a car dealer, they go on the internet to review comments on these dealers....well, i know better today, thanks I80 for gIven me a lesson in buying junk cars 101 lesson...Beware people, the good reviews that you see are from staff and friends
