The worst experience ever went in for and Ignition problem was told it was the starter it wasn’t charged me around $480.00 the starter was one year old drove two blocks car was having same problem took to Chevy and they fix the ignition this place is trash never again one star is being too kind

They had what I needed and what they dont have on hand they will order it for you. Customer service was on point and appreciated.

Im not sure if its a race thing but I was here and they are just not very friendly towards people of color. If you pay close attention to the reviews there is not 1 kind comment from a person of color. My experience with these guys is one to remember.

Excellent garage! Fair pricing and the work is done to the best .I have been to many garages in and always felt like I was being lied to but not here. The mechanic took great care in listening to all my concerns and handled all my problems in the most professional standard! Would highly recommend this garage!

I love this place! I absolutely hate going to the mechanics. I have been to several not so pleasant mechanic places that robbed me of my money and were no where near honest. Hard to find a good place to take your car. I spent months dreading the whole mechanic facility. I did my research and saw that Village Auto had good reviews, so I decided to go with them. They were great at taking me in and putting me at ease. John was great at explaining what they were going to start with. Mark worked on my car and called me to explain what he was going to do and helped me even SAVE money. He didnt give me unnecessary parts or work I didnt need. My Lancer runs great and I am so satisfied. I am so happy I found them and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I even took the time to write this review! He could not do an alignment because I needed a 4 wheel alignment did not change but gave good advice

Great staff and service. Ive been going to them for a few years now and they have always been professional and dependable.

I had a strange light on my dash and they did not make me feel like a fool when it turned out to be a low tire. They checked to make sure there wasnt a hole and then filled the tire. They were all very pleasant.

I needed a thermos and they got me right in and had it done very quickly!!

The guy took care of me and I cant thank him enough. My brakes went out, I just drove there and coasted in, put it in park to stop it. Very nice guys

Prices are reasonable and they are honest.They will give you a ride home if you live close.They dont do instant service so you will have to drop off your car. Depending on the kind of car they will keep it in the garage but there is a open lot so dont leave valuables in view if its there overnight.They do allow you to bring parts if they are not cheap unbranded because it will void thier work.Understand they deal with alot of ghetto a$$ peoples expect them to be a bit standoffish at first..

Extremely rude i walked in with a recipet from Auto zone for my breaks because autozone was telling me they did not know if my car was for the U.S or Japan so I went to these guys to see if they could tell me so I could purchase my breaks. The man that was assisting me yelled at me basically telling me to get out because he felt like I was taking his businesses when I asked if they charged to look at cars. Mind you i am a teenanger with little knowledge of my first car and how it works and he was yelling at me telling me to get out and go to midias. I wouldnt recommend this location to ANYONE due to the fact the customer service is not good... I walked in there with hopes of learning somthing new and walked out frustrated and angry in less then 3 mins.

I believe in supporting businesses but this is one place I will never ever visit again I dont know if that was the owner or the manager of the repair shop that I made but he was very combative, he seemed to have an attitude and I did s a little bit of racial tension when all I really came in for was to ask if they had a certain size tire I was looking forSmdh
