Got everything I needed to look beautiful. Hair, color for my natural hair, make up. Nail polish, and jewelry all for a low price. The cashier was very helpful. I plan to go again.

I purchased 3 packs of human hair that said bulk. When I went to my stylist and she opened the hair and it was clearly track hair, in fact it was a track that I have never seen it was about 2 inches in length and it was almost in the middle of the hair. The hair had been Mia marked clearly. I called and spoke to the owner she told me to bring it back to the store with my receipt, I did and she wouldn’t refund or exchange the hair and she even played like she couldn’t speak English. Never go there if you must go to those kind of beautiful supplies go to the ones that are owned by Arabs.

PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE. When I entered the store nobody acknowledged me. Though, they kept watching me as I searched for products. One lady even moved closer to the area I was in. They never once asked me if I needed help. Made me very uncomfortable. Im not going back. I wish I could give them less stars.

I have purchased close to $200.00 from this place and I came in for a return on Saturday. I called the lady before I left Chicago. After I arrived from Chicago; She was very, very rude when she told me that I had 3 days from June 2nd to get an exchange. The receipt is heat sensitive and the 3 looked like 30 days. Also, the receipt mention putting money back on your card after a purchase. My advice is to for you to stay away from this place. I wasnt asking for any money, just a simple exchange. They dont care and are disrespectful to their customers.

It is not ok to racial profile. My son went to this beauty supply store on 183rd in hazel crest to buy a durag when he was accused of stealing. All because he was playing with the zipper on his coat. Not because they actually saw him stick something in his pockets/coat. I went to the store to confront them. The man tells me he saw my son stick something in his pocket on camera. I asked him to show me the video. He laughed and then said my son was zipping his coat up and down. So Thts why he accused him of stealing. This is exactly why I don’t shop at these beauty supply stores. So unfortunate. SMH...

They are rude and will not give you any EXCHANGES even though they are still getting the money. One associate will tell you its fine and youre back the next day and its a problem. They will not be here much longer. Would give 0 starts is possible.
