5 ⭐️Rating from the time I entered until I left this establishment. It’s very clean. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, professional and personable. I ordered jerk 🌮 and 🍓 drink. The food was DELICIOUS! I enjoyed every bite!! I highly recommend that you check them out! Thank you!!

This establishment has great food. However, the customer service is horrible. Your wait is always double what they tell you at least; and your order is often incorrect. I do not eat tomatoes. Not only do I not eat them, Im allergic to them. Once placed on my food, they cant just be removed. The residue causes the same reaction. I ALWAYS SAY NO TOMATOES!!!!! I order the shrimp and salmon salad when I go here. They always place tomatoes on it. I get home and call, NO ANSWER!!!!They have a good product. The service is lacking.

The staff is very friendly and lovable people! I went in just to try the smoothies and discovered they offer so many more good treats. Ill definitely be back soon!

Had an amazing Corn beef for lunch thanks to the cook in the back! Was pushing for time to get to work and he fulfilled my order lickity split! Will be back ASAP !

Food is good but never know when the place is open…the restaurant doesn’t even match the schedule posted on the door…it opens whenever it wants to…most unprofessional place…makes it very hard to support black owned businesses

Last week was our first time we went to this excellent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the generous service, with the exceptional cuisine and booze and with the decent pay. We will definitely come back again.

The owner I’m thinking it was is rude & need to learn how to talk to customers I will not be returning! Food was leaking through the bag barely could eat because the wrap was soggy .

If you are looking for a great sandwich shop, this is the place. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. Everything tastes fresh and amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love this place so much.

Quaint little place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. I had the chicken gumbo soup which had a good flavor. I was in a hurry that day but I liked at their menu and am interested in returning to try their salads and sandwiches

I have gone here before and I liked the food. But today for some reason...not so much. I walked in and the person who took my order (the owner maybe?) was on the phone complaining about a service. She took my order while on the phone, I paid with my debit card and she took my number and told me she would call when the order was ready. (Not unusual in COVID times) besides I took advantage of what I thought would be a short wait (5-7 min) and enjoyed the cross breeze and few minutes away from work. What should have been a short wait turned into forever. I even lost track of time, I looked down at my watch. and it turned out to be at best a 17 -20 minute wait. I walked back in the store to be asked if they could help me. I said, Im here for my food. Then the lady behind the counter who took my order said, Oh didnt I just talk to you. I shook my head no, trying to let her hear the frustration in my voice. She said, oh well I thought I did, I was talking to a lady about her order. Well, here it is, enjoy. Its a 2 min drive from 175th and Kedzie to Chantilly Ln in Hazel Crest. I got into work, opened my soup and sandwich....they were cold. The bread had been toasted but the meat was cold and the soup had congealed as it was no longer hot. I paid $17 for cold soup and sandwich. To say Im a bit disappointed is an understatement. The soup (Potato Leek) wasnt tasty or seasoned either. I ate the sandwich out of hunger. I guess I should have called to complain but I just chalk it up to ...Never again and just go back to bringing my lunch from home. An expensive, cold, untasty $17 lesson. Sorry Pink Panini....I tried.

First let me say. Thank you to the owner whom I called at the last minute for a catering order. She was very personable and friendly. Now about the food. I ordered a large turkey tray and a jerk chicken wrap tray. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Jerk wraps had just the right amount of heat I loved it. Cant wait to go back. Please visit this place you wont regret it.

This was my first time eating at this establishment and the food was wonderful! I have lived in this area for 2 years and never even knew that they were located there! I googled salads near me and it was the first one that came up on my search engine. I decided to check them out and I was not disappointed! The jerk chicken salad and jerk shrimp and chicken bowl was delicious! I will definitely return!

Why have I not heard of this spot before. 1st time so I go with a classic corn beef and pastrami and a cup of soup. Finished half the sandwich and some soup. I cant wait to burp to make room to finish.Great thing about their menu, I CAN GET EVERYTHING on it. The Turkey pastrami was good with the corn beef. My new once a week spot.I should have gotten a large soup.

Great place to grab something quick and delicious!! My favorites on the menu are jerk salmon wrap, corned beef sandwich, soup (love the soups!!), and the Hibachi Garlic Noodles w/veggies are a HIT!! The staff are always pleasant and welcoming when my family and I stop in to pick up food after work. It’s always clean and I highly recommend them!! Also make sure you get the lemonade and desert...Ice cream for me!!

Called & asked for the lunch special at 1:54pm & the young man told me the lunch special was over. I told him I thought it was until 2 & all he said was “ummm yeauh...” ON THE MENU it says until 2pm but somehow it was past 2pm there, doesn’t make sense. I had to change my entire order because I originally wanted a sandwich lunch special. they act like it was going to hurt the business to give someone the special at that time. I try my hardest to spend my black dollars at black owned businesses BUT MANY BLACK OWNERS & EMPLOYEES need to be more professional, better customer service skills, & just be all around knowledgeable of how to uphold a business.

40 minutes for 2 sandwiches 🤦🏽‍♀️ I wanted 3 tacos for $5 for taco Tuesday but they didn’t have taco shells i give up

My first visit and last visit,i literally had to wait 50 minutes for 3 cold sub sandwiches and 1 smoothie,time is very important and my time wasnt taken into consideration. I get my food and the sub bread was extremely hard like it was stale. I will not return

This is the best place in Hazel Crest and the surrounding area to get a healthy meal! Paninis, salads, soups, smoothies all in one spot. The food is good, the service is great, and it is a much needed addition to the offerings in the area. My family will be back on a weekly basis.

I will not be returning to this place it is unorganized the cashier doesn’t know what he is doing the chef had a runny nose and was using the same gloves for everything and food not that good to be waiting 35 minutes

I’ve called up there multiple times and it never goes though. And when I ordered though door dash I received a text message saying that they were closed after already paying. There is no clear cut order of operations at this business. I will not be trying to order again from them.

The grilled chicken and avocado wrap, didnt stand a chance, I didnt make it out the parking lot and I must say it was filling and full of flavor

I wanted the grilled cheese but had read a review about their habachi noodles. They showed me the size of the order of noodles and knew I couldnt eat both so I stuck with the grilled cheese, which was terrific. As I finished my sandwich, the owner, I think, brought me some noodles. They were to die for!! I cant wait to go back and try more things. Not really. Im going back for those noodles!!!

Jerk chicken tacos was very good. Great variety of sandwiches (not just hamburgers). I plan on trying all the dishes.

I had the grilled salmon sandwich and it was horrible! They used canned salmon and it tasted just like the can... I wasted $10, never again.

Called in a salad and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. A young man came walking in with bags of spinach from the grocery store next door. The man went to the back to began preparing my order WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR PUTTING ON GLOVES!!! And his attitude was awful. An older gentleman came in to make an order and asked what soups they had, his response was “Its on the board” with an attitude. I politely walked out and left without waiting for my order. Never again

My food is always fresh. I love the jerk chicken wrap, shrimp tacos and smoothies.

I called in an order for a jerk chicken salad with no tomatoes or cucumbers. When I paid for my salad, I noticed it was a bit higher than I expected. Online the salad costs $8.29 but at the store it’s $9.19 before tax. I decided to just pay for it. I went to the car and I checked my salad in the car to make sure it was right. It wasn’t. The salad was filled with cucumbers! I went back in and told them that my salad was wrong so the cashier told the chef to “remake it”. I waited a couple of minutes and my order was ready. I checked my order again and it appeared right. While eating it, I noticed there were still cucumbers! The chef only took out all the cucumbers that he saw. I wouldn’t waste my time going here because the salad was just ok. They will overcharge you and won’t remake your food even when they’re in the wrong. I will not be back!

Everything I’ve gotten has been good!

My daughter placed a food order for a hoagie and low and behold they have no bread nor turkey. She also order a sandwich wrap at 5:00p and it is now almost 6:30p and still no food. Also the female cashier and cook has an attitude out of this world. She has very poor customer service skills and should never be placed in the front of any business if they know whats best for the business😔

Grilled chicken salad was good. Nice and big and full of meat and veggies. Ill be back.

🔥🔥🔥 I ordered the corned beef & turkey pastrami sandwich, omg it was super delicious. Hit the spot. The chicken lemon pita was ok, a little too heavy handed on the lemon. Overall stop going to Jimmy Johns, Subway, & whatever other sandwich shops & get you a pink panini sandwich. Also her staff are nice and informative. They make suggestions when you place your order & I be like yeah you right that sound good, let me get that too.

The Customer Service, selection of food and my order was AWESOME!!! Loved the Salmon Panini. My husband ordered Shrimp/ Vegetable Hibachi and a slice of cake. The price and food was on point.I will be back🤗

I love the homemade soup. She makes them from scratch and has a different soup daily. They also have smoothies, great sandwiches and much more. Everything on the menu is delicious! I highly recommend Pink Panini

Today was my first time visiting your establishment. I must admit as excited as I was to stop in the emotion was short lived. The initial factor that was displeasing was that I was never greeted or told what the daily specials were by the 1 employee who was in the kitchen for 15 mins before he came out with the 1 customer ahead of me order, he rudely said watchu having, needless to say I continued to proceed with my order although I wanted to try something unique to your restaurant I opted for the make your own lunch special SMALL chicken noodle SOUP AND HALF Pastrami sandwich, figured I’d keep it simple for the first time, I requested marble rye which he said u were out of, as well as chipotle mustard, soup was cold and bland and lemonade tastes as if it was made with tap water, basically I’m saying I could’ve made this sandwich at home with a way more positive attitude and fresher ingredients thank you !

I made a special trip here today and was not disappointed, loved the jerk salmon wrap. Will definitely be a regular!
