Delivered here full load of stoves and refrigerator and dryer...very nice people..unload less than 2 hours ..parking and delivery is at back side of building ..when see store on left pass it and turn left next street and turn immediately left to go back end ..

My first time there I was riding with my daughter and we were passing j&t appliances from what I can see they are very clean business people and courteous so I asked them for their business card for the future

If I could give negative stars I would because I was just sitting here drinking coffee with my aunt while she called J & T appliances and the lady on the phone was so extremely rude that I had to come on here and leave a review so nobody elses aunt ends up crying because they have extremely rude workers. So mean and unprofessional that I have to warn everyone. Shame on you Lady for your disrespectful, misery you try to push off onto other people! Shame on you because I bet your mother taught you better than that!!!!!

Bought a washer and dryer set for my elderly mother and father. Wouldnt budge even 50$ on price. Sales guy was very nice. It was clean and had a lot to choose from. 6 mouth warranty. Seems like good quality.

We went there last weekend because we needed a washer and a dryer. We decided on Kenmorebecause they seem to last forever.The guys hooked everything up quickly. The pricewas great. !

Appliance did not last long at all and when called back up for assistance with this matter was spoken to in a very rude manner and as if they have their money and do not care that the appliance purchased from them no longer works or did not get money’s worth! Of course stated only warranty is 6 months and was right outside of that! Where does that leave me.....well with a broken washer recently purchased from this horrible place and just in time to add another horrible encounter to this ridiculous 2020 and then offered to have some stranger come look at it that is not affiliated or works at their store! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ...after ONLY have used them in the past will NO longer as they lost a customer for good and will share this experience with whomever I come in contact with!! RUDE RUDE RUDE

We went here because we heard some nice things about this appliance store. My husband called and got prices on some fridges (600-800 for what we were looking for) but when I arrived, the lady (same lady he spoke to on the phone) said it was 750-900 but 90% of them were 900. While browsing their showroom, and opening the fridges, prior to speaking to the worker, my mother asked whats that? And upon closer inspection, there was a baby ROACH in the seal of the fridge, just crawling along. And if theres one, theres more as anyone is aware!! While the worker was showing me one more fridge, she proceeded to swat away another roach off the freezer part of it. To say the least that we got the h*ll out of dodge is an understatement!! I mean, if you wanna waste your money here, great, just know, youll probably be getting free roaches with your appliance.

Purchased a Kenmore stacked laundry unit. Lasted less than a year. I wouldnt expect to buy a new unit every year. They provide only 6 months warranty so SOL.

I bought a refrigerator from them and it worked for 8 months. I called them and they said the warranty has expired but we will come check it out for $40. When they came they said it will be $40 to fix it. It did not work. When we called them they said oh well it must be the compressor. Sorry. Really? Why charge us to fix it if you werent sure it would work. The refrigerator was not cheap. And I should have just bought a new one. Bad customer service and subpar appliances. Go somewhere else for your appliances.

What a great and friendly place. I was directed here by our landlord when our fridge went out to purchase a new fridge. Budget was a concern and the he team here really did a great job helping me find what we needed in our budget. His staff fully cleans the appliances and most look like new. They delivered our fridge and hauled away the old one. Great service, great prices. Will recommend to anyone in ear shot.

Delivery is very affordable and they remove your old machines. I have tried other used appliance shops in the area and they didnt deliver the same quality service as JT.

I used to refer people to J&T appliances all the time and I thought they were a good batch of people there. I bought a dryer from them about a year ago- and I bought a nice one so that it would last a while. Probably the most expensive dryer they had in the store at that time. They have a 6 month warranty, cool. So 12 months later...my dryer doesn’t want to carry a heavy load and will stop spinning. I call them and promptly they sent over a technician. I paid him 45 dollars to connect a hose and he left. Stating that the dryer probably was reacting this way due to moisture. He said the only thing that would cause it to act that way is if the motor was bad. He said to call back if I had any issues and he would replace the motor. So the next day it acts up again, I call and a lady answers and takes down my info. I have called about 6 times and never get a call back. I am afraid if I scrap the thing, they will just garbage pick it, fix it and sell it for $300 again. All I wanted was a functioning dryer!

I called, was given price over the phone. Came in on lunch picked put dryer, it was delivered same day. Then they asked if I needed it hooked up for small fee...made sure it had heat......awesome customer service and delivery
