The service has been good but some things you would come out better buying elsewhere. They thrive off trying to get over on batteries. Have a red top was told it couldnt be charged. I bought a charger and charged it myself otherwise a good store

The cashier started a political conversation with another customer.I told them, that I preferred not to hear it.It got into an argument, I left with no intention of returning.If your company is taking a stance on political issues and will require that people with different beliefs have to hear it, I will not be coming into that store again.Freedom of speech, yes, I believe in it. Freedom to give my business to like minded companies is also in my rights.

They have great customer service however, this is the second time Ive got a part ( which they did a diagnostic test and told me that I needed) which was not correct.

Customer service was at its best, very professional and helpful, the commercial manager, forgot his name, but it was June 18th about 1230. Showed very good attitude to service his customers in a timely fashion.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought windshield wiper blades. I didnt have to ask, Amanda volunteered to put them on as she was ringing them up. She is the reason for the 5 stars. Customer service was worth 5 stars to me.

Been there twice today October 1st to get things I need for my vehicle never once was I asked for my phone number so I can use my rewards up before they expire seemed like they just wanted people to come in and get out

I’m glad that somebody stepped in and told them that they have to wear masks too. I noticed they also put up protective guards between you and the cashier. But it looks like the manager still did not get the memo. I will say that this is the first time that somebody actually walked me to the item and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. He was a trainee and he was very friendly.

After covid started they are very under staffed. Every time I have come into the store I have had wait longer then 30 min just to be helped . Because only one staff member is on shift. I purchased whiper blades and was told if I want to come back when his shift was over he cpupd.put them on then but could not do it when I purchased them due to lack of employees.

I had some troubles at first getting my fuel pump started out at one store ended up at four stores right where I started from each store said they had it no one had it so that was a runaround but the first store in Hazel Park ordered it for me and had it there first thing in the morning so I could get up and running I appreciate the staff at the Hazel Park AutoZone keep up the good work guys

Shady battery warranty practicesI bought a car battery from this place 2 years ago and it died in December. I took it in and they charged it over night. It worked until last week and died again. I took it back in expecting a warranty replacement for a bad battery, but they only wanted to give me $39 for a $169 battery! They claimed it was pro-rated! I took the battery to another parts store and they checked it and said it was has a bad cell. Id rather buy a new battery from this competitor than do business at Autozone again.

They dont know the difference between a pizza and a car part if it wasnt for the computer they wouldnt have a job

Went in to ask about oil change specials and was waited on by Code White Marcie, who said I should be checking out clothes change specials instead because Im fat and stink. I think the smell was so overwhelming and eye watering that she mistook me for Bob Castle. Walked away hoping maybe the commercial manager could help but she was too busy handing out bottles of Tylenol, extra strength, with bows on them, probly because the only thing shes good at is giving people migraines. She should make a New Years resolution to go see her dentist. The best part of AutoZone is their latchkey program. Without that Jayson and Chastity would have to stay Home Alone with Macaulay Culkin.

9:30pm and they are close, but the sign says they are open til 10pm. 🤔Maybe, this location closes 30mins ahead of time of what their signs says? Also, I called and no answer. So, maybe this location stop answering the phones 30mins - 1hour prior the time they are about to close? Hopefully, its not always like this.

It really makes me wonder who is leaving the reviews. It must be the employees, and/or their friends. The rating definitely should not exceed a 2! I and my family have been shopping here for YEARS, and we have never seen it this disorganized, slow unprofessional service and lack of knowledge. This place, within the past few months has become a dump! Was in there this morning and the clerks refused to be of any assistance to anyone. Went to Oreillys at 9/John R., instead.Whatever happened to Martin? If anybody knows, tell me. I will gladly go spend my money with him. WILL NOT BE BACK!

I was having car issues and came to this auto zone to have them check my battery. Turned out to be a bad battery & they were able to install a new one while it was super snowy & cold out. Really appreciated the gentlemen who helped me!

The autozone in hazel park is a joke. Disappointing is what comes to mind.dont call unless you want to be on hold for twenty minutes. Finally I got an answer. its always as if the customer is inconveniencing the employees. I drive a mile farther to go to hastings. Better service better prices on all parts by a longshot.

Bought a starter here in September. Sadly, it didnt work properly, often grinding before starting. I returned it and dealt with Sara(h?). She tested it, and said it tested just fine. But she also said she wasnt 100% certain her tester was working properly because it appeared 1 of the leads looked slightly fused, so she gave me another one, and did it with a smile. The new one has been working perfectly for over a month. Sarah, YOU are AWESOME! Thank you for having my back! When I called and spoke to the Mgr. to ask where hed like me to leave a glowing review, he put me on with Sarah. She said thats how they are trained. So my hats off to the entire crew, starting from the top! I will now shop this place with much more confidence than at any other national parts stores. Cudos!

I came in for a new battery and taillight bulbs on 04/10/19. The salesman Michael D quickly greeted me and helped me find what I needed when I got in the store. He carried the battery out to my car and installed the tailight bulbs for me. Thank you so much Michael for going above and beyond. Definitely a great autozone store. Auto one is really one of the best places to get parts and supplies for your vehicles. If you live in South Warren, this Autozone is the very best place. With friendly service and a well stocked store you cant go wrong if it a simple oil change or a major vehicle overhaul. If they dont have what you are looking for they can simply order it or send you to a store that does have the part that you need.

Of the many locations available, this is my absolute favorite. It is near to my mechanics shop. They are always adequately staffed, very knowledgeable and the prices are fair. They never give me any difficulty with exchanging my parts. They answer the phone when you call imagine that!

The counter people are on the ball. They helped me find the proper bulb for my blinker... theyve installed wiper blades... theyd even install a battery if it wasnt for my over engineered POS (as my father used to say). They usually got what you need. If they dont? They call around until they find it for you.

Everytime I go a Auto Zone in Warren they are always nice, professional, and helpful. The faculty is always clean, organized, and well maintained.

When I went to pick up my missing o2 sensor which was not in stock at the other autozone. Assistant manager at Hazel park would not pull up information on receipt to find the 4th sensor needed. She continued to argue that she needed to know which one I needed. I verified my receipt of the 3 already purchased and I needed the 4th for a complete set which the other location sent me here to pickup. Within minutes the other employee was able to figure out the one needed.This lady was very rude and unprofessional in figuring out something elementary. Should not be in management.
