This place is horrible. Aside from the fact that they have no heating for customers waiting inside an hour or more in freezing weather for them to finish with your vehicle, they charged $100 for an oil change! That’s seriously insane. They have no professionalism and have no care for their customers. Avoid this place, there are much better mechanics in town.

After I had my brakes changed by this company, they made a weird screeching noise. Sounded like they needed to be changed all over again so I took the car back. I noticed the way they removed the brakes the first time around. The employee went to check the brakes & show me that theyre new when I informed him that the last time I was there the brakes were removed with a HAMMER 🔨 ... he denied & said they wouldnt have done that & if I wanted the problem fixed I would have to come out of pocket AGAIN. I took it for a routine brake change.

Prices are a bit too high for their services but still is one of the best auto service center in the area

Great place to get your car done

On my way to pickup my daughter from school I lost a cylinder on the turnpike. I was able to get the car to an auto zone where they ran a test and confirmed no compression in my 4th cylinder. They recommend Carlos Auto Service. They were the most professional, honest and hardworking mechanics I have ran into in a long time. Highly recommend for your car repair needs.Thank you again guys!!

Very expensive place. First time timeI had a oil change I was charged $43, now I went last week and they charged me $62.... When I asked the lady why they charged me so much she said that they increased the prices and they put synthetic oil On my car.... But my next oil change is due within the next 3000 miles. That doesnt add up. I do not recommend this place to nobody.

They did my 2005 Acura RSX Clutch they did it in one day there were a few adjustments needing to be made after the job he did it no problem got it right in fixed minor adjustments no charge THEY GOT GREAT PRICES AND FAST WORK AND HE WORKS ON EVERYTHING AND AWESOME STAFF FRIENDLY. BRING YOUR CAR HERE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!

I went to carlos auto service a few weeks back for a oil change, and when I went back to pick up my car I found them changing parts outta my car, for old broken ones and when I approached him about it we got into a fight, I have him in court..

They work fast very nice and professional people they tell you what wrong with the car and show you .the price is Decent

Wouldnt recommend👎. Got charged for a check engine light scan where I can go to lets say auto zone for free and get the same Information.

Worst place, they charged me almost $ 300 for an oil change and change. It does not have heating, nor a suitable place for people to wait, and after passing by, my car has more problems than before.
