Clerk in pharmacy has a very bad attitude. Should not be in customer service. Questioned that I had filled an rx in vt, actually called them to verify that I had. Call really was to find out how to do it. Very rude

My 1st bad experience was with film drop off, they kept telling me its not ready then it was lost. My most recent experience, my sons dr calls in a prescription on Thursday, I drive over to pick it up on Sunday, the pick up line is so long and slow I decide to go inside to find out the did not fill it because they had a self explainable question, then I had to wait 20 minutes for then to fill it. Not very organized in my opinion and the hours are limited. I plan to go to Glastonbury going forward.

Slowest. Store. Ever. Checkout with one person in line in front of me with only two items took over 10 minutes because when I approached the second cashier walked away and the self checkouts require manual staff intervention for a basic $2.25 transaction.

Going through hurdles to try to get a vaccine shot CVS go through the whole process when they say time out or they stop in the middle or when you go in you cant even file

Lots of variety in the store part of this CVS, would be 4 stars if it wasnt for the overly high prices. The pharmacy is generally ok filling prescriptions on time but I have had trouble there before. Overall pretty average.

Don’t order prescriptions here. Poor communication with the doctor’s office, prescriptions are never ready, twice had my wrong information, never alerted when prescriptions are ready, staff can’t answer simple questions, and seem unapologetic about consistent hassle.

Fave store I always save 50%

My mom makes me go to bed at 8:30 and doesnt let me play fortnite because its too violent

If you need a prescription, I would suggest any other CVS. This one cant seem to fill a prescription in a decent amount of time. They could have the prescription for hours and you will still wait.
