I had received a quote for over $200 at another body shop to fix a simple front clip issue. Collision pro took one look at it said yeah well pop it right back into place, it was done in 10 minutes and they charged me less than a tenth of what I had been quoted. Im very greatful to the pros there who made the priority getting me on my way quickly and not overcharging for quick fixes.

Collision Pro used to be the best in town. Now I can’t get them to even answer the phone. Which would be ok but they don’t return messages either, I’ve left multiple. Pretty much forced to go elsewhere. I’ll never use these guys again.

I recently had an encounter with a rouge white tail deer. I took my vehicle into Collision Pro for an estimate. I was in and out in less than 10 min! Jake Reddick was handling my service and was quick to get with my insurance to get the repairs approved. Once the vehicle was in, they were very professional. My Truck looks simply amazing! The staff as a whole was very friendly. As another local business in town I very much appreciate quality customer service, and that is what Jake and his team provided. A few weeks after the repairs were done Jake contacted me about a shop appreciation party for his employees. He purchased all of his beverages from me. I greatly appreciate the understanding that He and his company have of do business with those who do business with you. As a small town we should all stick together with our local business owners! I will be recommending anyone to Collision Pro for their vehicle repair needs.

My wife and I have had two vehicles repaired by Collision Pro. The first was a deer hit that resulted in significant damage, and the second was a bumper replacement. Although they may be good with body work(I’ll never know). As far as mechanical needs, none where completed at this shopThe Face that they where in over their heads would’ve been nice to know before they had it the second timeNow I still have a vehicle that needs hubs replaced (accident related) and Insurance probably isn’t going to cover it!Driving my vehicle home TWO days later areas they “fixed” broke!

Great service from start to finish. After I hit an elk in my Dodge Ram I contacted Barry and he took over the repair process for me. From getting the quote to turning the vehicle over for the work up to walking through the finished product Barry was there to help us out. Vehicle looked good as new, and we found no issue with any of the repair work. Will certainly recommend Barry and company to anyone else in need.

In February 2014, I hit a deer with my Subaru. Collision Pro was suggested by my insurance company and I learned quickly why they were. Very professional and the work was done well. Total cost of repairs was around $6,000-$7,000 to give you an idea of how much needed to be done. I am very pleased with Collision Pro. I chose to walk to work that day during “Walk to Work” month and left Little Blue parked aching for a ride, aching for attention and wishing someone would just pay an ounce of attention to her brand new wheels, car wash and happy license. What I didnt need her to do was stick her rear end out and with loud crunching noises capture the attention of construction workers and fellow passersby cars.Needless to say Little Blue got lots of attention from the folks at Collision Pro. “Spa”! Her panels were shined, her broken tail was replaced and the shiny symbol calling her an LX was restored to new condition. Randy made her feel like a model as he snapped photos for posterity, the Owner Barry made sure that both myself and “Little Blue” were Red Carpet customers. Dave poked and prodded at “Little Blue” with careful hands molding her back into shiny condition. The care she received was so beneficial her “spa” days ended early. The Collision Pro people took real good care of my car while I was out of town. When I got back, it was picked up and ready for the road. The vehicle was detailed and a lot cleaner than when it went to the shop. Repair work was completed with minimal effort on my part. Second time it has seen the inside of their shop. Will go there again if necessary.

I had to take my truck back twice very inconvenient. Plus it is still wrong. But I decided to drive it anyway because Im tired of the BS.

We had our Scion XB repaired here after a deer hit on Montana Avenue. There was nearly $7000 in damages from that deer. Collision Pro used the parts I wanted (Toyota parts only) and did such a PERFECT job repairing and matching paint that you couldnt tell it had ever been wrecked! Even professional body shop people could not tell the car had been in an accident. They also took care of all of the insurance stuff, so I barely had to do a thing! I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else...ever.

Everyone that has been in an accident knows that horrible sound of metal crushing…… Our 1993 Chevy Silverado Pick up had been damaged on the rear side panel, because of the age and damage (entire panel had to be replaced) the Ins. Co totaled it with the option for us to buy it back, of course we bought it back and had it fixed. I was a little concerned that the paint would not match up and the repair would look out of place but I was amazed when we got it back, you could never tell that it had been damaged, it matched perfectly to the rest of the truck. Because we chose to buy it back and have it fixed we also had a few extra dollars beyond the repair, the top of the cab had what I call “ wind damage” it looked like the wind had blow the paint off in streaks and was starting to rust.We asked how much it would cost to have that repaired at the same time and the quote came back too high for us. We called Collision Pro back and explained the finance situation and asked if they could “crunch” some numbers for us and they came back with an amount that we could afford. We were able to have both repairs done within our budget.We dropped our truck off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday…wow what great service!Collision Pro you will always have our business. (But lets hope not too much as I kind of like not being in accidents :-)

We took our 2010 Honda Civic Hybred to Collision Pro after hitting a deer. They were quick to get the estimate and parts and complete the work. We got to pick up the car earlier than they originally thought we could. We would not go any where else to have our cars worked on. I was sick when I dented the tailgate on my new truck but CollisionPros experts took care of me and the dent without an issue. It was a fair price and excellent work. JeriMarie was excellent and I know where to go if it happens again. Great commercials too.

My car was a victim of a vengeful tree and the repairs were done very well. Couldnt tell anything ever happened. Entire roof skin and racks replaced, plus some more cosmetic repairs on the damaged side panel, door, and hood. One week later a nearsighted deer took out the left side of my car from the windshield frame back. I did not hesitate to take it back to collision pro. They are busy this time of year. Several area deer seem to have troubles judging distance resulting in deer strikes. Jake told me a lot of cars are coming in needing repairs and was up front letting me know there would be a wait. I recommend them.

Neither siri or Google knew what the f#÷× was going on with my truck I had to learn from a automated recording from usaa that my truck was a tottal loss even with my experience at the shop one of the estimaters would not respond to a question I asked him 4 times while making eye contact further more u can make your own assumption as to why... I hope they call and update their customers asap
