They have a lot for the size of the store, and are willing tho figure stuff out, which can be amazing when you are stumped

Helpful and friendly.

Needed some low voltage crimps without plastic on them for a thermal application, didnt think they had them. One associate made it his mission to take look and actually found them for me in the back. I had no idea, and was extremely happy with the knowledgeable customer service I received from behind their counter. Ill make them my first stop for car parts etc for a while.

Waited 15 minutes on hold then a person answered and said we are busy hold on if they are that busy they need to hire more help wont be back

These people definitely know what you need great service never had a problem finding parts.

Used to go to another car parts store in town but had a bad experience and went in here- customer service and parts were phenomenal! The gentleman working was honestly more helpful than the shop I had recently taken my vehicle to. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

I went here to get someStuff to paint my car I had no clue what I was doing and by the time I left Greg the paint guy had me so full of information I was a pro painter well on my way and was very successful on my first paint thanks so much guys your paint department is best to non else and I will brin all my paint and body work biz here from here on out

My son says the prices are x2 because people don’t know the difference. Not sure about that but I am sure if you walk across the street you will save 30percent on any purchase. Won’t be going back there.

I have been doing business at this parts place since it was called Valley Auto Parts. I know several automotive repair places that do business there also. If there has ever been a question about a tool or part that isnt doing the job they take care of it

The young lady was the best example of customer service in that when I asked for help with the vehicles computer c ok de sh ed quickly helped and recommended the least expensive way to fix the issue and gave me a little discount to help.
