I work here. Overall its a great place to work. I also shop her all the time. Before and after I was hired. Very helpful staff always. If you ask where something is. The staff will literally walk you to the aisle and show you where its at.

Clean, centrally located, and amicable personnel, particularly the lady at the west self check-out location. She said have a good day to everyone who left the check out area. And, one of the auto mechanics greeted me as I left the automotive department. Unfortunately, the automotive parts and accessories-oil section was a bit confusing. There didnt seem to be any organization to the quarts and gallons of oil. They seemed to be mixed together.

You can always find someone there to help you. They are friendly and are kind to their customers. Great place to shop! And reasonable prices.

Walmart in Helena is great. Sometimes a bit too crowded for me. I find most of the things i need most of the time. Customer service is decent but there is room for improvement. All in all its usually a pretty pleasant experience.

I live in Helena MT so this is basically the only store we have. I have my own personal issues with Wal-Mart as a company in general. So my five star rating isnt so much for Wal-Mart itself, its for the amazing people that work there! The staff is phenomenal!

It was pretty good experience. Other than what I needed (the whole reason I went there) was for one specific item that they where out of. That happens often in Helena, Mt. But, on the bright side the customer service was great.

Asked for help at self check out, continued to scan items, help finally arrived after scanning all items, only to find out, system had not actually scanned any of the items scanned during waiting time, and had to rescan entire order.

Good everyone pleasant. Kid in hardware was amazing. He knew where stuff was, even to which shelf.

Chris was great! I was visiting from VA and he was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed with such a friendly demeanor.

Horrible management. Dirty store. Dangerous parking lot. Find somewhere else to spend your money. Absolutely atrocious. I didnt feel safe shopping here. Walmart pickup is completely unorganized. It is supposed to be convenient and yet they forgot 1/3 of the stuff in my order that I had already paid for. So I went back to get my missing items and got home to find out they still forgot the milk.

What do you say about Walmart? It has pretty much everything you need and then some. Negatives: long lines and messy shelves.

This time I took a client shopping shopping is all and and they got there product that they wanted they got everything they got everything they needed so for them it was a good shopping experience

Huge place! The two stars are again for the overworked and very professional employees. The other three unmarked stars are again for the management if this place. Many of the customers here preferred to used the regular check outs but there were only two open, the lines were long. Walmart, working people make this country stable and wealthy. Self checkout machines only make the owning one percent wealthy!

Older walmart but clean and well organized. Only problem was they were having meeting in dog food isle and we had to wait for them to stop to pick up the dog food. Wish they would have moved instead of ignoring me.

This is a big Walmart Supercenter - big enough to make a Texan proud. Clean. Well staffed - there were actually enough cashiers! Only one person checking out in front of us.Shelves are well stocked. Found everything we needed.Nice Walmart. Plenty of space to pull in a 36ft fifth wheel and grocery shop. Would stop here again.

The employees working out on the floor were most courteous and helpful however your cashiers are a different story. Rude and unfriendly.

This Walmart does not keep their shelves stocked. Its been that way for the last 3 years, not just now due to our current issues. Its getting old and needs a remodel.

Went for a pick up and the lady put all my buns on the bottom with my chips and was slamming my groceries into my trunk. Didnt get my 5 loans of bread and my buns were squished

Be very careful ordering online. I ordered some firepit color changers. Online they $7.95 individually not per case as a review stated. Then I find out they actually sell in the store and for $0.50 each. That isnt just markup, that is theft.

Were on the road on an 8 month journey in out Airstream and needed truck/RV supplies. This store had it all: def fluid, holding tank treatments, generator oil and treatment... They also let us overnight in the parking lot..well lit, safe, convenient to the highway.

Changed my oil fast and friendly service.

Same as notmal empty selves and limited choices. Do not go to Walmart unless forced to.

Its Walmart folks, what more is there to say? They have pretty much everything unless its something you really need LOL! Really, its not the biggest supercenter ever, but its not the smallest either, youd be shocked at some of the things you can find here!

Its Walmart! My favorite aisle is the clearance aisle, theres always something unique. The Walmart app makes scanning items for prices quick and easy, no hassle to figure out the price. 🙃

Worker was very rude. At the front. Maybe if the carts worked I wouldn’t have had to turn around. Definitely should have a different face to see when u walk in instead of the rude chick. Other workers around the store were awesome. Front girl needs work on customer service.

Im not a fan of Walmart but as Walmarts go, this one isnt bad. Was not horribly crowded as is usual with most. Definitely NOT a positive was the lack of mens clothes. All men know, we never have much of a choice but of the choices here, there were NO and I mean, NO, mens medium shirts! There is no way every man in Helena wears a medium shirt. Ive seen them, theyre not mediums, I am, but no medium sizes. Ok, there were 2 mediums in the whole store, 2 shirts, whole store!

The self checkout was out of bags!? They couldnt be bothered to go to an unopened register and get some bags?

They hired someone i believe preys on children, he tried to get at me knowing i was a minor, then i saw him at the store, i got v scared but kept my calm, will be taking my business elsewhere until he is no longer working here. btw i have the receipts, if you want them, hit me up via email.

Customer service is terrible most of the time. Seems everyone who works there is always having a bad day. I would rather shop here at 2 in the morning but they are no longer 24 hours. They get 3 stars just because they have the online orders with pick up so I dont have to go in and the employees at the pick up location seem to be a little more eager to please someone and take pride in there work

Staff are really friendly at our Helena store. The place is always packed when I go there for prescription pickup though. Its great how helpful people are here.

This is a larger Wal Mart. Seems to have everything that you would ever need. I was surprised at some of the better quality foods that I saw there.

This is huge and very big. You can find all items you met here. Staff is very nice and customer friendly. I have visited at October & Nov 2019 this place during my stay at Helena MT. I don’t have any complaints. I feel good and comfortable here. There is subway restaurant inside of store. The quality of SUB also very nice. I recommend this place for happy and safest shopping. You can find KAROUN YOGURT here which Tastes Fantastic. I never eat this kind of TASTY YOGURT in past 5 years. This is good with salt and sugar, with rice, shakes and juices. I am fond of this. I often prepare hot and spicy mouth watering Curd rice with this yogurt.

Waited at the sporting goods counter for a half hour for a box of ammo. No one showed. Asked an associate in the area and was told I dont work at this store, I just work their freight, sorry dude. Waited another 15 minutes, walked all over sporting goods and not a person to be found. Ghost town

Has everything in one place at comparable prices. But takes time to find everything and is chaotic. The mask rule is useless and needs to b discontinued.

We have been looking for a youth kayak. I looked online and helena walmart said they had them in stock. I called to double check they were in stock, and I was told they were in fact in stock. So we drove all the way there. We live an hour and a half away. When we got there, they searched the whole store only to find out they sold the last youth kayak 4 days ago. This store is very unorganized and unprofessional. Not one manager or employee offered to help solve the problem. What a waist of our time and money. Very dissatisfied.

The Helena Walmart is your typical. You either find what you need or you dont. Regardless, its always a pleasant experience, carts are sanitized and clean, and I always know I can find the best prices. The greeters are exceptionally friendly and that hometown experience is never far away.

The place has the most inventory for kayaks Ive seen so far. Not to mention not a zoo of a shopping run.
