DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUNot only did they make me wait for hours even with an appointment but the price the advertised is definitely not the real price or theyll straight up lie about having the car on the lot.In addition they forced me to put down money to hold a car and I after deciding not to purchase the vehicle they stole the $500 from me and refused to put me in touch with the finance person or give a refund. After filing a complaint with the better business bureau I saw they currently have over 60 complaints filed against them currently so this is not an isolated event and after months of trying to get my refund I had no choice but to file a police report against them and launch and investigation through my bank to get my money back. Save your self the headache and dont come here. And if you bought from they I urge you to do your legal homework because chances are laws were violated and I wouldnt be surprised if their doors get closed permanently and you cant reach them in the near future.

I went there with high hopes of getting out of my ford focus that was no good in the recent snow storm. I was looking to find out more about a suv and to even see the vehicle so me and my 7 year old daughter went into the showroom. My experience was less than stellar the sales person was very condescending and everything I said he immediately challenged or questioned. Im a single hardworking mother with less than stellar credit just like the rest of America but customer service is key and a little reassurance goes a long way . I walked out of there feeling helpless and defeated. Ultimately I gave up on my car search and opted to get better tires.

Went in for one car came out with two. A 2017 Honda Accord Sport 30k+ miles and a 2017 Mustang GT 8k+ miles. The overall experience was amazing. Doubting I would get approved was a concern. But both the Sales Manager Jonathan and Owner Thomas did everything they could to make the experience effortless. Sales Manager Jonathan was quick to inform me of any changes and or new information throughout the process. I have been shopping around for a while now and understand that everyone needs to make money. Initially I was not surprised about the 1995 down payment since every dealership I was shopping at was requiring and the price reflected the same amount if not more, and it is understandable if a dealership has a fee because even when I bought my house did I have to pay a closing cost, but what I have to really give props to is this dealership for their patience and professionalism. I went to Grand auto to buy an SUV, they made copies all my personal information, they requested a deposit. I told them how I did that once before and I had to fight for my deposit back. i explained I was very interested in the car. i gave them all my personal info, pay stubs, drivers license, SS #. I had to go to back to work. I was told by Red and Joe that they would run my credit and call me that night. No call that night. I called the next day repeatedly, leaving messages, to no avail. No response. I called and spoke to the general manager, John, he informed me that they will not run a credit check without a deposit. I explained to him what happened. John, stated he told them that they could not run the credit check. I stated they told me they could. John stated maybe they thought he wouldnt find out but John stated he did and told them they couldnt do it. John did not even know who I was. I explained to John, I was never called and informed. I called repeatedly without the courtesy of a call back. I just brought a new Mazda down the block from Grand auto, they did not request a deposit.They appear very kind and accommodating, but always remember they are there to sell you a car. I want to work with place that are truthful. If it was no, then no instead of wasting my time and not having the decency to call me to tell me that they would not work with me without a deposit. John the manager, should have followed up if he told them that they could not work with me without a deposit. HONESTY and bring FORTHRIGHT would be refreshing. I had to click 1 start or else it would not post, it should be no star.

I gotta say, Ive always had issues at most dealships, but grand auto i must say has by far been my best experience Ive had. Everyone was great, helpful and honest about everything. Theyre selection of cars fits almost anything youre lookin for and Id definitely recommend taking a look.

I called about three times until they finally let me speak with the sales person. They would not tell me the price of the car unless I tell them where I saw the add. Kinda shady, isnt it?Whenever I ask them about online reviews mentioning hidden fees, they would try to change the subject.This dealership is just like any other charging you non-sense fees left and right. From my car shopping experience, expect to pay extra 40% of what you see online. Call first and dont waste your time commuting there just to find out about hidden fees.

I recently looked at a car at this dealership. When I told them that I did not want to finance the vehicle they told me they would get me the cash price. The cash price was over 30% higher than the listed price. I was willing to buy the vehicle right away for the listed price. I would never look at a car from this dealer again. I will be much more careful inquiring about the cash price before I go to any other dealer.
