If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I took my 2015 Honda Civic to get serviced at this location and the overall customer service experience by my service advisor was poor to say the least. Upon picking up my car, the service advisor barely acknowledged me, handed me the service summary and the multi point inspection form. He didn’t care to review the forms with me simply handed me off to the cashier. Upon arriving home I realized that the oil meter indicator on my dashboard was not reset, so I decided to review the multi point inspection. While inspecting this forum I realized multiple items on the checklist were not accurate. The windshield fluid was checked off as checked and full (satisfactorily), when in fact it was less than half. Windshield wipers were checked as inspected and in good condition, when in fact they were not. I was already aware that the wipers were bent and needed to be replaced, yet they were marked off as in good condition. To sum it up, how can I be sure the oil change was done properly and within standards if items are being checked off to simply. Human error do happen and I understand that, so I called the service center to get some answers. Once again, poor customer service was at the forefront this issue. I called and explained my situation and was directed to the service advisor because the person who answered replied “I was not here yesterday let me hand you to your service advisor.” My service advisor wasn’t available so I was directed to his inbox. It is now 3 days later and I still have yet to hear from my service advisor or any supervisor. Point being, be cautious of taking your car for service here, if they mess up, chances are they wont handle it correctly.

My 2020 Honda HR-V could not start, so I had it towed to millennium Honda for service on a Monday. BIG MISTAKE, I normally deal with Valley stream. They ran diagnostics on the car and claimed there is nothing wrong with it. Saturday, I picked up my vehicle and noticed needed maintenance on the car is still due. When I enquired about it to, CLARITZA MUNOZ CAS 199393 who calls herself an advisor, I was told it was something I needed to tell them to do because it requires paying money. The last time I checked, Honda services dept. is to check for services needed on a vehicle, whether it be by warranty coverage or required fee for services rendered. No one said “hey by the way, I notice there is maintenance due on your vehicle, would you like to take care of it while the car is here”? That’s what a professional institution would have done. I’m now starting to wonder if they even ran any diagnostics on the car, because as soon you start the car, that’s the first thing that pops up on the dashboard. How could you have missed it after having the car for 6 days. I will never step foot in that place again. DISGUSTING and TIME WASTED.

I purchased my vehicle in June 2019 at this dealership. I had an issue from the first week I had the vehicle, the sales team and service teams were usually very responsive and helpful until May 27, 2021. On May 27th, I had my vehicle towed in to the service center because it would not start (third time having it towed in) and my vehicle is still in service as of today, July 13. I cannot get the service rep that took my vehicle in or a manager on the phone, sometimes they dont even answer the phone, when I ask for a manager they transfer me to a voicemail. The only response I get from them when i go to the office is that I need an alternator (I have extended warranty which will cover this, and this piece has previously been replaced), and the piece is on back order. this makes no sense, not for this long. I can buy an alternator online and get it in less than a week. This dealership has been unresponsive and irresponsible with my case. I am a mother with three young children, we have endured a very difficult year and we had a number of plans for the summer, but that has been ruined because I dont have an adequate form of transportation for them. I am completely disappointed and beyond stressed over this situation.

I have been using this shop in the last 4 years but the service is getting worse. Longer waiting time and poorer customer service. Cold greetings, no one going through the list after done, rarely any update during waiting. Simple oil change has to wait for 4 hours! Will look for another Honda service shop next time.

I went for a Factory recall. It took almost half a day. Then they said they cannot find my vehicle. I had to wait for another half an hour to get my vehicle. They tried to sell some other things lkke the brakes are low. I said no.

I had a failed tire and got it replaced here at Millennium Honda Service Center. Karla was helpful with the issue, however when I got my car back, instead of just getting a new tire, I received a completely different wheel. Mind you, I purchased this car a month ago, the wheels are NEW with MY CUSTOM GREEN CAPS, and then somehow I get my car back and it looks like its been through hell? And on top of that, my green cap is gone! This is unacceptable! I had to wait from 7AM to 12:30PM to get my tire changed, and this is the service I get for being a patient customer for Honda?

The absolute worse service place!!! Ive been here since 7am, questioned them about my car at 11am, only to find out my car had not been looked at to even diagnose the issue. Mind you, its the same issue I complained of less than a year ago, had to come back for and still isnt resolved. Ive watched people come and leave with their cars and I havent had an initial assessment yet. Its been 5 hours (with an appointment)!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

I have a leasing car Honda Odyssey from the Millennium Honda and the system showed that it need a maintenance. We have a family trip on Sunday, or we went there on Thursday for a maintenance. When my wife called before the visit, she was told one of its part need a recall. Well, thats not the worse part.We didnt get our car until Saturday!! However, thats not the worst part.After we got the car, we found it smelt with gas. However, thats not the worst part.We started our 3-day trip. We traveled 150 miles. When we started to go back, for some reason, we had a sharp left turn, and our 2-year old daughter fell from the seat WITH THE CARSEAT. We were shocked!!! We stopped and noticed that the carseat was NOT installed to the car!!!We couldnt believe this, and immediately checked the other carseat for my 4-year old son. IT IS THE SAME!! THE CARSEAT WAS NOT INSTALLED TO THE CAR!!We were so shocked, and we felt lucky that nothing bad happened. We couldnt think about another scenario worse than this. We thank to this mild sharp left turn which revealed this issue.We definitely would NOT move both of our carseat for any reason. The only possibility is that during the maintenance, somebody uninstalled the carseat, and just put it back WITHOUT INSTALLATION.THIS IS ALMOST A MURDER! Writing a bad review would not release our angry.SOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!

Yet again here at this most unprofessional place fir a an oil change.Waiting here for 3and 1/2 hours. Nat the service rep is rude and unprofessional. In my previous experience I had mentioned they dont give you directions or explain the process to a new customer. Well, this was new that Nat the service rep was curt and rude . He did not have to courtesy to even check if the car was ready, just sitting there he was guessing how long it will take for the car to be ready.Cannot wait to have to lease finish and never cone back again . I swear, I will never get another vehicle here EVER!!!The cherry on the top is that they had my last review deleted from here!!!

I was highly disappointed with the integrity of this service department. My wife dropped her car off here for a NYS Inspection. The service agent calls her a half hour later stating that the mechanic recommends servicing the rear brake pads. However, this particular vehicle had new rear brake pads installed in September, less than 3 months prior! I advised my wife of this and she declined the service. Amazingly, Honda still passed the vehicle for inspection, despite deeming the vehicle in need of rear brake pad servicing. Upon picking the vehicle up, the rear pads were inspected and, as thought, they looked brand new with hardly any wear. I highly recommend not taking your vehicle here if youre looking for an honest mechanic. They will recommend needless services in an attempt to bilk their customers. Shameful.

My problem: the engine cover under my car came loose and was scrapping on the floor. I called several Honda service centers and all of them were booked for a few weeks. I call this one, they tell me if I come in before 4pm they can fix it right away. I get to the center at 2:37pm... The rep (different from the phone) says it will be 4 to 5 hours! Ok, do I have any other options? OH, you can come tomorrow at 7am and itll be an hour tops.Time must move more slowly at this center than the rest of the planet because I was here at 7am. What time did I leave? Not an hour tops. Its currently 1030am. Im assuming Ill be here for 4 to 5 hours like I was told yesterday.Dont come here as a walk in. The rep will not be honest with you. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Karla was extremely helpful. She showed me how to calibrate the settings when the tire pressure light goes on due to temperature changes and helped me understand why the Apple CarPlay doesn’t work perfectly sometimes. Very knowledgeable and overall a great experience. Also got a car wash!

If I could take a photo of how many people are in this waiting room right now. I have been a Honda owner 30 plus years and this location is ridiculous. It takes four hours after you bring your car in for a shuttle to even pick you up. You would think by the time the shuttle comes at least your car would be finished. However a one hour job here takes six. Worst Honda location I have every been in. Please have someone bring your car in that is retired, off work or without a job because you will be here for many hours.

The Service Department (customer service) need explicit training around ALL honda vehicles. It is Not OK to create a story (aka lie) when you dont know what features the are on vehicles. It is also problematic to break COVID19 rules an regulations and have a standing room only in the waiting room. That is a clear indication of double booked appointments. Finally, waiting 3hours 35 minutes for a nail in my tire is UNACCEPTABLE. After 2 hours I reached out (FROM THE SHOWROOM) to find out what was happening. There wasnt a mindset that the customer should be contacted or checked in with about what is happening.

Service people are nice but actually service is horrible. I would NOT recommend. Everyone kept sending me to someone else, happened at least 3 times, back & forth while other service people just looked at me & didnt offer any help eventhough they had no customer in front of them. My car was SCRATCHED & it looked like they parked my car under a tree with sap & bird droppings falling on it. After 5+ hours all that stuff was baked on & stuck on. I asked for my car to be washed in the beginning & it was cleatly NOT WASHED. Also my tires were marked up with chalk, I guess to indicate where the nail was but that was also further proof that they did NOT wash my car after having it for 5+ hours. I dont think they even did the software update/recall because it did NOT do what the service expert said it would correct. There was no follow up after speaking to the front desk the first time so I had to take a half day off from work. If they were short handed, I dont understand why they kept taking more cars in for service. A few other customers had mentioned that it was always that busy. The valet drivers are rude & i was not happy to see how they drove all the cars like it was a raceway, maybe thats how my car got SCRATCHED - I had NO dents or SCRATCHES before i got there. So i just wonder - if they treat the outside of the cars badly, then how well do they treat the actually engine, computer, brakes etc. Im sorry that I purchased the extended warranty. It would have been better off going to my local corner gas station. Im NOT confident in any of the work they did so now I HAVE to pay another mechanic to check what Honda Service did or didnt do. Enter at your own RISK, do NOT go there if you like your car, go to a smaller shop where you are taken care of and not just lost in the massive number of oil changes & tire changes.

Went for an oil change. Apparently they overlooked the corrosion on the battery. The battery died a few days later. Had to take to another dealership for repair. Windshield wiper fluid wasnt filled. At this point I question whether or not I the oil was ever changed.

Had Engine Emissions system problem light on my 2018 Odyssey with only 20k miles and 6 to 8 recalls which where minor. Said will get car back next day instead they took 2 days. After 2 weeks light is back on. Looks like they didnt fix the issue and just reset the light also left all dirty finger prints around. Third row cigarette lighter panel was removedfor recall and they didnt fix the panel back properly. Honda is making bad quality cars and service as well. In close to end of lease and issue pops up. Was going to buy the car but hell no. Not anymore Honda!!.

I came into millennium Honda extremely concerned with my headlight which was not working. I noticed most Honda’s the same model as mine (2016 accord sport) has had the same issue. I was worried that I would have to spend $800 to get it replaced as my warranty was up.I came in and spoke to Nicolas Clarke who is my usual advisor went above and beyond expected to look into the issue. Nicolas advises me that millennium was able to replace the headlamp as they’re was a extended warranty on them. I can’t express how much this made me happy. Nick always goes out of his was to provide exceptional customer service for myself and my family. Nicolas is one of the reasons why I continue to come back to Mellenium Honda. Nicolas is extremely knowledgeable and I know if he can’t get it done then it can’t be done. I am also in the service industry and I never write reviews however this level of service that nick provides is unmatched and deserves proper recognition.

While the sales department was nice enough, we waited almost 8 hours for our vehicle. We had traveled from out of state for the car and had to come back the next day because the service manager refused to replace the worn breaks the sales manager promised to have replaced as a condition for buying the car. We have yet to receive our plates andtand registration we paid $500 for. No one is returning our calls. We took the car for service today at our local dealership and were were told that there was some shady things done/not done that caused an oil leak. Also our routers were never changed as promised. Will never recommend. Plan to report them to corporate.

Yes I got my car out but before you put your car in label your tires battery air filter or whatever car part that might conveniently malfunction. Oh suddenly my car ain’t starting and I need a new car battery. Yeah whatever. Respect to the workers that heard me sound off at the deception. Always a lesson to be learned and it cost me $240. I wasn’t in the zone.A year later, I had to go back to this place and believe me I was very reluctant. Fortunately I got connected with a great advisor at Hempstead and she got things accomplished. So I had to increase the star count for the courtesy, professionalism, and for getting things done.

I went to the service center. I went there bc I had a flat tire in my car. Service center said they have to take the car and told me they don’t have any extra car to give me so I can drive back to home. I had to call my sister to pick me up. She came then I went back to home. After 5 hours, service center called me back and said car is ready. They didn’t find any Puncture or any problem. I said there was a puncture that’s why I came here. They tried to convince me. When I went back to center I saw my car tire still flat. I told them again my car tire is still flat. They took my car again and ask me to come back next day.

2021 Update : I should have learned my lesson. Prepare to wait 4 hours for a simple oil change. I came at opening even...2020 : What is the point of making an appointment if they take first come first serve I made an appointment for 7:15AM. There are only 15 minute intervals. I arrived at 7:10 to be about the 8th car in line down the street. The sales floor is closed till 9AM, so where do I go for my appointment? The line went straight into the garage so I doubt I can skip the line and no way all those people were early for their appointments. Whats the point of lying to me and letting me think Id be there early and get my car in? What a joke! Waste my time and my gas.

Went here to have my car service, as it is the nearest Honda Service and this is where I bought my car. They do not know the of quality and meaning of “customer service”. I have the best Honda service in Sacramento, California and Valley Stream Long Island, NY. This one really needs an overhauling of customer service. Manager/Supervisor don’t even pay attention to your complain. Definitely not going back here for service and may not consider buying a Honda car anymore. It’s a good quality of car but the after buying experience not worth it.

They have an online appointment system that is totally disregarded. I tried contacting the supervisors about this and another issue and never received a reply.Saturday’s are a mad house. Opens at 7am with a line of 30 cars at 6:45am. Again, the online appointment system would alleviate this if they actually followed it.I am giving an extra star because the actual workers here try to be accommodating as possible, but there is definitely a management issue here.

They said the cost to fix an issue with my EVAP system on a Honda Accord 2009 would cost $1,500, they also said if I drive the car it could break down. That’s two lies straight off the bat. I had a piece of metal hanging underneath and I asked if they could screw it in, the service agent said they didn’t have a screw. They also probably did not even document my simple request. Additionally because of HR-V recalls and high volume, the wait time is very long and they will most likely try and rip you off to save some time on your vehicle. They decided to call me a few days after the fact and follow up, but I had already been upset about their lies and customer service. My advice would be, that if you have a Honda, get a second opinion at another service center. I thought by going to a Honda service center my vehicle could be taken proper care of, however in my case it did not work out that way. They also try to sell you a car instead of fixing your car. That’s another story.

The very worst experience I’ve ever had in getting my car service. I recently switch my over from Toyota to Honda and though I love my car I regret doing so due to the very poor service Honda provides. The girl in service told me it would cost me $189.89 to get a regular maintenance such as oil change and tire rotation. I was baffled and disgusted by what she said, and worst of all when I asked her to explain the reason for the extreme cost for an oil change on a brand new car, she told the oil. Anyway, I called Toyota and they were willing to complete the oil change for me. I just needed to purchase the oil filter which was $10. My oil change, tire rotation and usual maintenance was under $50. 5 Stars plus to Toyota!!
