My car was side swiped on the drivers side while parked. This was my first time going through this process. Their team was able to handle the insurance got me into a rental the same day. Great customer service friendly people! When I got my car back it looked just as it did the day I got it off the lot! Highly recommend, amazing work! Will be going back in the future.

This shady business wanted me to tell my insurance company for non existent damage to my vehicle. At the end, work was at par but had to call many times to get status. I was told that no credit cards and only cash or insurance checks were accepted, not sure if they were telling the truth.Update month and half later. They promised me to provide free rental while car was in their shop. Enterprise rent a car was never reimbursed by them and I got charged on my credit card. Everytime I call, there is a new excuse, owner on vacation, front desk lady is away, I will take care of it right away. Been calling them since end of Jan and now its beginning of March. Just hate their plain lies. When I was picking up the car, Mr Joey and Mr Al told me that had just paid the check to Enterprise. Going to try to call them again. Will keep you guys posted.After months and lot of hassle, they didnt reimbursed me the charges from rental company.

I just want to say that wreck and mend took very good care of me when my car needed body work. They are very professional and on point. I am really great full that my Burberry sunglasses were right where I left them. Nothing was out of place in my car and I am extremely great full for that. Best bodyshop in LI hands down. My neighbor side swiped my car and I needed a good shop for repair especially since I have matte paint on the car. Took my car to wreck n mend and they gave me the best customer satisfaction. From giving me a very comfortable rental while my car was being repaired to perfectly paint matching my bumper with the rest of the car. I an very surprised and happy with the results and I highly recommend everyone this bodyshop if you need body repair and repaint services. 10/10 rating in my book!

Extremely Happy with the work performed on our vehicle after my wife & I were recently involved in an accident. We picked up our car on Friday & it looks as Beautiful as it did the day we drove it home from the dealership, They even had the entire car washed & detailed before we picked it up. OMG best place to go to. A friend recommended me here to fix my car because of some stupid accident I got in which by the way was NOT my fault. Some guy on his phone rear ended me.. Destroyed my back so frustrating. I took my car here and Joe and Jimmy were such great people who really talked me through everything. They gave me a time frame and how much it would be. The same day it happened I came right here. The time and effort they put into their work is amazing. One thing I really like about them is they do not try and scam you or make you buy other parts and what not. They honestly care about their clients and that is so rare to see in most shops. I asked them a bunch of questions if I should put in new lights and change the back up a bit. They really know what they are doing and I loved them. This is the best place to come to. I highly recommend using their services !

Brought my 2014 Honda Accord in early February, didnt get it back until mid April. Not only did it take them a long time to fix my car, they did a terrible job. If your going to take all the time in the world to do something, you might as well do it the right and proper way.Wreck n Mend did not do that. I would NOT recommending taking your car to Wreck N Mend. The manager, Jason should be fired. These guys do not know how to do work on a car. Theyll also tell you your car will be ready tomorrow or the day after but when it comes to the time the car is not ready and they keep pushing the day itll be ready. If your gonna push the date of when itd be ready, at least do the job properly.Ive had to go back there several times for mistakes that theyve made on my car after taking so long with it. At one point I just got fed up and stopped going to get these mistakes fixed because it would continuously happen. This is a fairly new car - 2014 is not old.These pictures will do all the talking. They replaced my headlights - condensation and is building up in my headlight due to poor installation. The HIDs they installed in my car - clearly the picture shows it wasnt installed properly. Theres so many other mistakes. Please I advise you to stay clear from this body shop and do NOT think TWICE about this body shop. Terrible!

Would never recommend this shop, NEVER. Literally the worse car shop I have ever been to. Owner is extremely disrespectful and has no clue on how to repair. Only reason they have good rating on google is due to the car meet people who are forced to write a review; whom do not even go to this shop for their repairs (I leave it up to you if you choose to come here, youll write a TRUE review minutes after leaving the shop).

Mechanics at wreck & mend are super accommodating and flexible for all types of cars. Bmws are tricky, so when a shop denied my service for their lack of experience in nj (because I live there), wreck & mend took me in with no hesitation thanks to a friend’s recommendation. I’m glad to have found a shop who knows what they are doing, and live up to their name.

I just got my car back this week and I really impressed on the work that they did. They treated me like family and got me my car back really quick.

So it all started once I got my veichle back ... may a say very disappointed & horrified. So $6300 in damage somehow turned into $11000 in damage according to my insurance company ... someone is either paying off adjusters or just decided to make my vehicle look more mangled then it was before viewing of insurance inspection. I understand businesses want to profit but this is just absurd!! BEWARE CROOKS!!! Seem nice until you get your car back with used parts meanwhile you paid for new parts! Don’t be fooled it’s all a front until the nightmare begins... left me with an unexpected rental car bill, promises promises and promises to get nothing but a migraine in the end ! Thanks for nothing guys :(

Worse car repair shop I have ever been to. Literally know nothing about repairs, paint or anything related to cars. They are in this business only for the money and not for the quality of their work. Yes, it is a family owned business, a family that does not know how to run a business and know nothing about car repairs. This shop is still in business because all their jobs are vandalism / complete paint jobs (very very very poor quality). It is very interesting how most of the cars in this shop are cars that have been vandalized LOL.

So happy with the outcome of my car. I got a great price and they did a fantastic job getting the damages out of my side door

Never in my life I saw somebody work this bad.They bill insurance new parts and they put secon hands used parts.They are a joke and a Scam not an autobody.They took over two months for a simple job and every mechanical work have to be redone.The most disorganized place I saw in my life.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they are dishonest and low quality. I went there to get 4 aspects of my car fixed, my rear driver side corner panel had a dent, my driver side door had a ding, my front driver side corner panel had a light swipe and my rear driver side reflector was broken and needed replacing. I paid in September and found out upon pick up that the reflector and the ding in my door were not repaired. It took me two months to get both of those rectified. They lost my name and number numerous times and only when I started corresponding through documented means did they took me seriously. They are so unorganized and unprofessional- I had to ASK for a receipt which is just ridiculous. When I went in to fix my rear reflector they had no sense of urgency or remorse being that it’s taken two months to coordinate repairs that were already paid for. To fix my reflector the trim above my tire was taken off because the man (whom I suspect was under qualified because it took him 45 minutes to figure out how to get to my reflector) working on my car thought he could get to my reflector which is located on the rear of my car by going through side of my car (???) and after popping the new reflector in, I noticed the man struggling to align the rivets of the trim above my wheel well which he took off with their connecting pieces to make the trim secure. He was fiddling with the trim and the rivets for a good half Hour before I saw him crouching and holding the trim to the car- they glued my trim. This body shop GLUED my 2016 car. They didn’t tell me the piece was broken or ask me if i would like it glued or repaired properly, they made a mistake or decided to cut corners without discussing it with me. I was in shock. I saw this so I asked out loud inside the office why he was gluing my trim and then I went from the office into the garage and asked him why, a little loudly because I was upset and in disbelief. The mother, who is the receptionist, and one of the owners or bosses, Joe, came over to me and proceeded to tell me how they gave me a deal for My car and all the extra stuff they did (they washed my trim because there was some white polish residue on it- Give me a break) but they started throwing in my face SEVICES I PAID FOR rather than addressing their fault in being dishonest and GLUEING my car! Then, joe said “if you don’t like how we do work here then get out” and he RIPPED THE TRIM OFF MY CAR- my car was otherwise complete and I had already paid for the work that was done to it and this unprofessional scammer rips my trim right off, pulling off the rivets and causing damage. I wanted to get outback if there ASAP and on my way out Joe said “get this piece of junk out of here” - my car is a 2016 Jeep. If something is wrong or broken with my nearly new car TELL ME!! don’t save a quick buck and glue it!!! Let me decide how my car should be repaired- either these guys glued it originally AND the second time, or broke it the second time and had to glue it and didn’t wanna admit fault. Either way glue should have never been put on my car esp without consulting me. Appalling. This place is completely unprofessional, unorganized- they’re cons trying to make a quick buck- DO NOT GO HERE!!! You may save money now but you’ll be spending a lot more later because their work is crooked!!! I went to another shop to get my trim fixed and it will cost me 180 bucks. Wreck&Mend really couldn’t do right by their customer and rectify a broken piece- which they probably broke in all honesty- because they wanted to save a few bucks or not admit they damaged my car???? Disgusting. It was also pointed out to me that Wreck&Mend got toner or another substance on the top of my car near where they painted and my paint is now bubbling up there. Do. Not. Go. Here. They are a bunch of hacks. Still in disbelief that I paid for service in full and the manager or owner damaged my car by ripping my trim off in front of me and throwing it at me like a hot head because I confronted him on GLUEING my car without consulting me first.

Amazing! So my car was parked in the street and some jerk decided to play bumper cars with my car of course. I took it here because I heard great things. I dropped off my car, which by the way needed to be fixed on my driver side both doors and side mirror, and got a ride home from a friend. In no time they got it done and my entire side looked brand spankin new. They did such an amazing job on it I couldnt believe it. You wouldnt even be able to tell it got hit while parked. The owners were very friendly and I will send all my friends here

OMG i love this place. ok so my best friend came here and told me to bring my car here because i had a huge crack in my bumper. Someone backed up into my car and their hitch destroyed my bumper. Of course they left and didnt leave a note oR anything. So my friend told me to trust her and bring it here. joe and jimmy were so great to talk to. i met with both them and they were so wonderful. They are super friendly ..you know customer service is a big thing especially in this industry and they nailed it. I saw them talkng to another woman and the way they were going into detail and making her feel great was amazing to see. They go into full detail and make sure you leave their shop happy. i left my car there so they could fix it and when i got it back it looked amazing like nothing ever happened. I have a special color on my car so for them to match the paint and everything it looks like a new car all over again. I cant believe how great it came out and how great their service was. Love this place i highly recommend using them for your car. i have not one complaint about them. everything was perfect ..if i could give them 10 stars i would
