I was looking to switch from metro and the employees helped me out. I got a free phone and they were able to get all my information over to the new phone as well. Not bad for 65$

It’s a new lady that works there and she is horrible at her job if you call and ask about a promotion she tells you there isn’t . And ask her at 5 o clock what time do they close because she wasn’t helping me much through the phone she tells they will be closing soon and when I come in it says there aren’t closed until 7:30. Just bad customer services she knows nothing and it’s like she doesn’t car to know either. Will not be back

There should be no excuse to lie for 2 weeks about ordering a phone and not being able to get it in stock. The employees are clueless and couldnt care less about their job given their tones. They could never give me a straight answer all due to inept and completely disorganized management.

Bad because they have new staff and they have not taught them anything, you are not to blame for the person who attends, not that of you who do not teach how to attend to people
