You will definitely find unique items here. The selection is so vast I cant see snyone walking out with the same thing. The organization of the clothing racks can use a little more attention.

Other than going to other Clothes Stores, but I have been going to V.I.M. for a very long time now; I dont do that much clothes shopping, but V.I.M. is a great clothes store to find interesting and nice clothes to wear. I recommend to go to V.I.M. because they have a lot of nice and amazing attire.

Has a wide selection, but I didnt shop here. Just walked thru to gain access to the other side of the street. I took pictures to help others out. What I will say is the parking is metered in the font and the back. 50 cents per hour.

I ask for pair of shoes and the size was 5 so she tell me I can give it to you thats the only one I find one but number 4 and she just left and didnt help me so disappointed

First off they own size only go up to 38 Im a 42 sometimes of 44 and there are no sizes in there in Hempstead v i m so when you get it better with the sizes thats up to my size because they are other people out here my size and we can go there

This VIM usually has what I need. It seems like their selections of popular athlete sneakers and Jordan sneaker brand have been lacking lately.

You can get what youre looking for

There was plenty of staff downstairs in the shoe department today however only 1 was helping customers therefore service was extremely long as well as unprofessional. There were customers and not one staff member greet nor asked how may I help you?. I went to a female staff member to ask for her assistance with getting shoes from the wall unit she asked which shoe I asked her to come so i could show her she said ok but which shoe. I then voiced miss... You have to go to the wall and look at the shoe that is attached to the wall unit. With an attitude she did so. Nasty personality from this lady on today of this evening. V.I.M need to hold a monthly customer service training for ALL STAFF MEMBERS both old and new to remind them yes stocking is important but so is the customer service provided. That will keep continuous customer flow.

I prefer the VIM store in Hempstead. They have a bigger store, a better selection of clothes, accept credit cards and is conveniently located near the Hempstead bus terminal and Hempstead LIRR

V i m is a great store for kids and adults a like.

This location has a variety of merchandise suitable for men, women, and children. Its a bilevel vim store. All the sneakers are on the lower level. I saw Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, Timberland boots and sneakers. They even stock the Nike classics or tennis shoes 😁. They have hoodies, pollovers sweats and many brand names. New merchandise are coming in which seems like generation items are being updated. Parking spaces are not free. There were several parking meters around. Possibly the parking meters are enforced during bankers hours and may be free after 4:00 pm. Read the regulation signs posted for detail.

Good decent shoes at good prices

I was downstairs . Saw 6 workers and asked for help. They lied and said theres a woman helping on the floor. I went over to look and still no one surfaced. Then I go back and asked for help again. Now they appointed me a bumpy faced Hispanic young girl. I asked her a question and she literally ignored me. Helped every spanish customer down there and deliberately refused to help me. So I asked for the manager. Of course he was of no help. Mind u this bad customer service was all for no reason. I asked respectfully for help more times than I should of had to. This store should not even be standing if they can openly be racist with no repercussions. Why take my money but feel u dnt have to respect me.

Cheap clothes and cheaper materials, few years ago bought a pair of jeans they ripped the dirst time i wore them but for the price i didnt mind too much it looked like a distressed style after, but now they want to sell them for $30+ now thats crazy, cuz i can get good quality jeans in old navy or american eagle for the same price

The worst. I came there to exchange a shirt i had bought because it was a little too big and I wanted something more fitted. Only tried the shirt on once when i got home and put it back in the bag with the receipt.I go back to the store few days later and tell the girl i want to exchange for the same shirt just smaller size, she tells me to pick out what i want..so i pickup a few more shirts with the smaller one i wanted. Supposed to use the EXCHANGE credit towards the new items..so my difference came to about $16. Cool. Swipe my card, homie check my bag at the exit, i walk out, get in my droptop mustang to go back to my place... Try the new clothes on.. decent look.. try the smaller shirt.. it looks good..i go to the mirror, still has the electronic security piece on it.. Im like wtf? Are they serious?? Throw that shirt in the bag 2/13Get off work today 2/15. Return to the store AGAIN. No beeping walking in, check homie at the door let him know they didnt remove the piece.. get to the register. Another spanish girl. Let her know I need the piece removed. She call her boss some Pakastani indian dude.. Hes telling me the receipt doesnt match the items and assuming I STOLE A $10 SHIRT.. Im like...bro...1 of your girls rang me up and i walked out with that piece on the shirt. Why didnt your security Buzz? Why your guard didnt spot it when he dug in my bag before i left?... Why would I who makes $40k a year drive a mustang and have my own place STEAL A $10. V.I.M SHIRT???.. Luckily a familiar face came to the counter, the same girl who rang me up. So we both ask her what happened. She didnt seem to really care but she admitted to making the error. Then Pakastani guy who barely spoke clear english started asking about the body spray i used and my hat..im like wtf that gotta do with this $10 shirt. Ill pay for it, i just want the piece removed. So he gives me the shirt like I made the error on the receipt or stole it because a black guy cant afford a $10 shirt. So hes causing a scene and Im pulling out my debit card until he refuses. So i walk out with this $10 shirt with the piece removed, back into my mustang going back to my place.I will never shop at shitty v.i.m again. Im even embarrassed to say I shopped there. They play hip hop music selling urban clothes and still look at the black guy like a criminal really?? You profit off our culture but try to label me a thief off your poorly trained cashier, security guard and alarm system?? We really need to start checking green cards.
