Never answer the phone! Pharmacy here has to be one of the worst ones i have experienced. To have additional staff compared to other cvs pharmacies you would think it would be more accommodating.I really think this pharmacy staff see the neighborhood and think its okay to treat people unprofessional.They literally pick up the phone and put you back on hold.CVS corp needs to investigate this location.
Im leaving one star because you cant leave 0 as a star. No one answers the phones you can wait over an hour on hold and nothing. If you have the choice to use another pharmacy I highly recommend you do. Staff is rude and I competent.

I have been trying to reach this pharmacy by phone for several days to find out the status of a couple of my prescriptions.One was on order but it has been 3 weeks and no word from them.The others are ready for refill but the website says I have to speak to the pharmacist. You cant reach them. I have been on hold for as long as an hour before hanging up or being disconnected. One of these meds I am supposed to take daily for the rest of my life. I took the last one this morning. Wish me well.
Pharmacy is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Will call you to tell you your prescription is ready only to tell you come back in an hour. Not to mention they gave me the wrong medication

The service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Always long lines. Always long waits. They answer the phone 1% of the time. At 10am, I put my prescription refill order in through the app and was informed that it would be ready at 2pm. I never got an email, so I called. Twelve times until 8pm!! They never answered the phone! I drove to the store and they never filled the prescription! I had to wait for over an hour for it to be refilled! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!

Very displeased with the pharmacy service here. No way should the line wrap around the store because they are understaffed. People need medication urgently and its inappropriate to not have the appropriate staff to offer timely service. I will not send medication here in the future.

The most horrible pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, never have your prescriptions ready and when you do go in the line is very long and they only have one person at the register.
Pharmacy is HORRIBLE. They have had my prescription 3 days and I just waited in line for 45 minutes to be told it’s still not ready bc “they’re busy”. No options or assistance just come back tomorrow and hope it’s ready. Do yourself a favor and choose another pharmacyUpdate: it took them EIGHT DAYS to have my prescription ready. I had to miss doses. You can tell everyone else was going through similar things bc everyone in the line was angry. There were literally more than 20-30 people in line. Imagine waiting all that to just be told it’s not ready after they’ve had it for a week. Best decision I made was switching to Walgreens after this instance. Ready same day. See u never CVS.
If I could give it 0 I would. Pharmacy is the worst, dealing with them, you come out with high blood pressure. If their not hanging up the phone on you, their keeping you on hold for more than 30 min. And instead of using your insurance, they like to charge you the full price.
Extremely long waits. A week after dropping off prescriptions theyre still not filled. I tried calling to request non child proof bottles. After going through many prompts the recording said a pharmacist would be with me shortly. After holding for 30 minutes I hung up. I now break my bottles with a hammer and put the meds in a bag. Terrible customer service.
Two weeks ago my doctor sent out my prescription, I come to pick up and they say don’t have anything under my name. I call the doctor and the pharmacy told my doctor they have ready my prescription, I call to confirm if they have ready and they said yes. Now, I have almost 2 hrs waiting on line and they just said that it is STILL not ready and I have wait another 20 min for it it be ready .... this is the worse pharmacy!!!
I came to pick up 3 prescriptions I arrived after 3pm as one was supposed to take longer to be prepared, the first 2 prescriptions were said to be ready at 12:30. After more than 30 min in line only one of my prescriptions was ready. It was another 40 minutes before my other prescriptions were ready and for some reason the fire alarm kept going off but no one seemed particularly concerned.
The pharmacy is the worst. Been on hold for over 2 hrs today. I called simultaneously on cell phone and landline and had no luck on either. I have been in the store and have seen them ignore the calls. Walgreens here I come....

Whats the purpose of calling a pharmacy if no one picks up? The pharmacy area manager probably doesnt care about phone calls.
Waited on hold for 45 min for pharmacy dept only to find out my Rx could not be filled. Sent Rx to Walgreens who not only answered phone in a timely manner, but filled my Rx 20 min after Rx was called in.
CVS ALWAYS has my Scripts on time and done quickly every month. They are definatley a store THAT GIVES BACK.. Of you have an Extra Care Card they give you STORE $$ ALL THE TIME and there prices are already great, combined with the coupons on your receipt, I consider them EXTRA GENEROUS!! Great Customer Service, No Problems with Returns. In my opinion, CVS is a TOP OF THE LINE Pharmacy amd Store and really appreciate there customers!!!!

I am giving One star, for having the door open. From there on nothing about this store is good. Very large store in square feet and only one customer shopping cart in the whole bldg. Post a security person at the door so they will not be taken. We usually go to Walgreens and now i know why. Other Cvs tores have carts. Not to mention most of isles were blocked for restocking

Some of the employees are great but some move at a slow pace. You have people on a line for a long period of time and for me that’s extremely sad as a business because no customer should have to wait more than 45min to be seen. I suggest you guys hire more people and bring in more computers because it’s extremely frustrating to wait for such a long time just to wait an extra 45min-1hour.
The young lady who was at the drop off at the pharmacy Jan 17 @ 3:15 pm is so rude. The attitude isn’t necessary when you are in the customer service field I went in for a flu shot with my insurance card and she was so nasty and awful I left n paid my $30 at urgent way. Honestly I will never go back and will never recommend this place unless I have no other choice.
This store is routinely crowded and the pharmacy was extremely disorganized. It took the tech 7-10 minutes to find 4 scripts all called in today. She was friendly and polite but management needs to correct this. I will more than likely not return to this branch.

The store itself is perfectly fine, stocked with a variety of products and all, but the pharmacy is VERY unreliable.Youll come in at the allotted time to find out that your medication is not ready and to wait 10 minutes, which can go up to 20-30 minutes. It seems theyve had a now hiring sign for a while now. A mixture of this understaffed environment plus the stress of very frustrated customers creates chaos and very uncomfortable feeling as you see people receive their medications before you, even when you arrived first.I do not recommend this place at all unless you have no choice like I do. If you do go here for your prescriptions, call ahead that youll be on your way to pick up your medications or else risk waiting for a much needed medication.
If I could give no stars I would. This pharmacy is the WORST. Do yourself a favor and send your medication to any other CVS! My sister went to the doctor yesterday and had a prescription called in 2 hours before they closed. I waited on a line for 15 mins to be told they close in 3 mins and my prescription isn’t filled so unfortunately they can’t do anything about it...the worker refused to check with the pharmacist to see how long it would take and sent us along. Yet, when I got home at 6:05 I received a text my medication was ready. My sister was up all night coughing, gasping for air, and now HAS A FEVER because we could not get her medication. I kindly called the manager this morning and requested that the pharmacist call me so I can come pick up the medication earlier than 10am. He agrees and when I get there, I am rudely told by the woman pharmacist tech that they don’t open until 10 am I need to speak with a manager. When I told her I did she denied giving me the medication. Cause their register wasn’t open. It was 9:40... so you can’t open your register 20 minutes early to ring it up?? You can’t give it to the front to ring it up?? I fought with them to give me my medication which they took their time “finding.” And I used to work at this store. Worst customer service ever. Keep it up CVS, do this with the wrong customer and you’ll have a LAWSUIT on your hands.
I am only going to say this once. this location’s pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in ever. The Drive thru is there for a reason. Sometimes people can’t get out of our cars due to the fact that there might be kids sleeping or even going nuts during a wait in the store. So that being said ..... it’s EXTREMELY unprofessional letting customers wait 45 minutes their prescriptions and to close the window on them to simply say that you’re closed at 6:15. I personally went looking for a manager & another customer was upset because it was the worst thing this pharmacy could’ve done. The only thing I was told was that they close at 6. . I obviously knew they closed at 6 but did not understand that they knew that there were 2 cars there remaining and they decided to close on the customer. The employees here act as if you were talking to their bottoms. I tried to get the attention of 2 and was completely ignored including the grins on their faces as if it was a joke. Worst place to wait for a prescription and will never go back. Avoid waiting on the drive tru people. You will be told they closed after a long wait. RIDICULOUS.!!! Stupid star.! They deserve none !
If I could put zero stars I would. They are incompetent without any compassion.Pharmacist lacks common sense after being on hold for 13 min and after 2days issue still isnt resolved. He was insensitive telling me to go to the ER disregarding how inconvenient it is to bring an ill person back to hospital because of there negligence!

Do not go to this CVS. They stereotype people and follow you around the store. As soon as I came in, an employee asked me if he could help me. However, it seemed more like he wanted to watch what I was doing around the store. I knew what I was getting though, so I said “no thank you.” I came in to buy body wash and as I was smelling different ones (which I have done multiple times before at different CVS Stores) a security officer came up to me. She yelled at me and said “YOU KNOW YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT.” I have never been yelled at or accosted like that in a store before. It felt like she was watching me for some reason. She then left to go yell at a different customer in another aisle and then came back to me and said all of the body washes I smelled are now considered damaged. I wasn’t taking anything out just simply smelling the different body washes so that I knew which scent to purchase. After she came back the second time, I simply put everything that I was buying back and left the store. I’m NEVER GOING BACK THERE !!!!
So I went to pick up my wife at the hospital last night and went to try and get her pain medicine since she just had back surgery, they said to us the needed a authorization from her dr so we went home with nothing she was in pain all night and today she called the dr and pharmacy and spoke to Claudette who told my wife that she need to pick up some forms and bring them back signed. I went to get the form she filled it but now they tell us we have to wait for them to fax and get it back approved. We are very angry at CVS pharmacy staff they could of given her the form last night and she wouldnt be having so much pain. They need to get better employees that provide the correct information not these dumb people
Honestly the worst cvs I have ever dealt with, I always call ahead of time to make sure they start working on my sons prescriptions (I use Walgreens imo they get things done way faster) I went to the dermatologist due to my sons eczema I called them at 330pm to make sure they start getting my sons prescription ready, I’m currently sitting here at 9pm waiting because they never got my sons prescription done !!! Almost 6 hours later and they still haven’t done it .. I don’t understand how that is possible .. I wish I had another choice but unfortunately Walgreens does not accept my sons insurance so I’m stuck on the local cvs .. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Gentlemen chiefs in charge of this CVS pharmacy, there is a worker in the pharmacy, today 1/12/21, at 12:30 pm, that girl apparently as if she was resistant, I asked someone to speak spinal. And he said no., and there was one who spoke Spanish and did not want to. And I told him that there was a person there and he was looking at me as if he had already eaten me, a day before I had called that pharmacy, and she answered me and I asked in Spanish. And she, always saying that I can help you. So, susesibanmte answered me 4 times and it did not happen to anyone in Spanish, please be more careful. With that worker, when ordering in Spanish, with such a big face that comes out as if she already swallowed one
