The service in this establishment is terrible. It took more than 5 mins for the woman at the counter to take my order and the kitchen did not get my order correct. The woman who works at the front counter has the worst attitude, very aggressive, and not accommodating at all.
I’ve been here twice and twice I never ate here! The lady that works there is very rude and doesn’t seem to care how she treats you.

I enjoyed the food but honestly the service could be better came in for lunch around 2pm thought it would be busy but only a couple of people inside. Took a seat and noticed they didnt have a wait staff so basically there was only 2 guys running the show behind the bar. Since they were taking orders over the phone and in the kitchen it took about 10min for us to be given a menu. I ordered a Cuban sandwich my wife had a Philly steak and cheese the cook was on quick and got the orders out on time. About average prices for dinners clean place and very bright view. They have nice portraits on the wall and spacious booths. The downside was the amount of time we had to wait due to the fact that they had no wait staff and than to leave had to wait to get the check... this could improve if they get more staff
Fulton Diner is a great experience and has wonderful food at great prices its a common cooling environment very comfortable classical diner setting. Social distances implemented, And sanitize a is steadily available.
They have the best beef sausage!! The salmon cakes weren’t bad either! The staff is so friendly and professional! I love bringing my family here!!!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! The owner is rude and truly doesn’t appreciate customers! Makes up prices as he pleases. Have ordered the same plate numerous times and every time it’s a dollar more, there’s no consistency. The coffee sucks, and sadly the food does also (except boiled eggs, can’t mess that up). If you order coffee, it’s a task for the owner to prepare. God forbid they forget something and you ask for it, you’re bothering them! Only pleasant staff is one waitress and the cook (they smile)! The delivery person is very much off his rocker also. Walks around cursing to himself or at people, who knows! Beware! I definitely will not be going again

Its like cheers it grows on you so when we my son and I came back from an African vacation we dug into our fave diner. They know you by name the food is fantastic like home you talk about everything from sports to healthcare and life!

Good food but the day I went with my daughter in law and mother in law, we had to wait a considerabe amount of time before we were served because there was no waitress. She finally showed up and within 5 mins our food arrived nice and hot. So because the food was good they were redeemed☺
