Caught a flat on the Meadowbrook and had to be towed. Got to the Nations after they were already closed. Explained to them I would be stranded since I live in Brooklyn. They found me a tire and mounted it after hours so that I could make it home. Not too many shops would do that. Appreciate the love they showed and appreciate how they helped me out.

As one of my brothers recommended this shop I trusted them to handle a difficult repair and paint match on body work on a total custom bike. I can say Vanessa did an amazing job dealing with the insurance company, she helped me thru a painful process as there were delays in getting the bike back the workmanship was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing, the professionalism of the shop was on point and they kept me informed of what was going on. This is the type of shop I will continue to do business with and I will recommend to all my friends and family to go. Great job on my bike is all I can say.

Nations kept my bike over a week for a quoted 2 hour fix. I picked it up after a week with more problems then I brought it in with then they lied and told me I had an issue with my battery that I didnt have just to scam me Into paying for services etc. I didnt need just to make up for shop fees for my bike having to come back and forth.. Ultimately I had to pay to fix issues they caused. I hate when shops take advantage of female riders. ***BEWARE***

I had my bike in that shop for 2 months . I don’t get it !You speak to the lady @ the front “ Jessica“ . You tell them what services need to be done, she writes it down & all what you ask for isn’t done ? I had to stay on top of her to see the status of my bike . Guess what ? I still leaking oil . How can you miss oil spot underneath the bike if it’s been parked on the same spot DUH 🙄.This MY experience I went threw, can’t say no more …

I brough my motorcycle for repair and change all filters and someone there stoled my motorcycle battery I noticed when my motorcycle didnt start after days I dont recommend this place

Quick service. Fair prices. Guys their even touched Up install I did but was lazy to properly hide the wires on there own accord. You can’t bet service like that. Consider the $4 extra u pay for inspection as tip an stop complaining about minor detail.

The techs at Nations are top notch.The battery on my 2011 GSXR 1000 lasted till 2019.Thats 8 years on the original battery!What I didnt know is that a weak battery seems fine until it can no longer absorb voltage spikes.A spike fried my ECU and a couple other components.Also I needed to get my valves adjusted.After wasting a month at another dealership I took my bike to Nations.They took the time to diagnose all my problems and repair/replace all malfunctioning parts.My Suzie is back to being a true Superbike!!Vanessa and the staff at Nations know what they are doing.I highly recommend Nations to all the real bikers out there who are encountering bike specific problems.Cant wait for spring...

Its a Tuesday, its 4pm, theyre supposedly open til 7pm. Im here and all the lights are on but the doors are locked, garage is closed, not a soul in sight anywhere, no one is answering the phone, but there are about a dozen customer bikes parked out in the street in the rain right now. Steel gates are all up too. Waited a half hour, tried again, still no one is here. If youre gonna run out, at least throw a sign in the window or something...

They ARE THE WORST MOTORCYCLE SHOP EVER! I purchased a 4K bike and they waited 2 months minimum for them to contact me AFTER I paid the bill upfront cash. They still owe me a fairing when I paid $2,200 what they wanted even though that’s a rip off for a 4K bike. I had to call multiple days and ask/confront just to see what’s going on with my bike and I now know it’s been SIX MONTHS and still haven’t fixed my bike for the $2,200 they charged me. Do NOT go to this place. There a a scam and a rip off. Worst motorcycle place on long island, probably worst in USA honestly..... if you do not want to get ripped off do NOT go here...... they are scammers and theifs, do not trust them at all. I personally now go to the bike shop on sunrise hey now bc of HOW DISGUSTING THIS SHOP TRETES ME. Worst service o have ever seen in my entire life.......

My bike has been there over a year. It went in for a simple carburetor cleaning. Months later Im still typing to get my bike back. Everytime I call Im told its being worked on and Ill will be done at the end of the week and that I should call first before I go. After I kept on getting told the same thing over and over again I decided to stop in. I walked around and couldnt find my bike. Then I was told that my bike was in storage and they were going to take it out the next day. Its been 6 months since I was told that and yet I still dont have my bike. The last time I called they said that they had to put a battery in because my one was dead, mind you I put in a new battery right before I took it there. I asked them why didnt they disconnect the battery or let me know so I would have taken it out and put it on a tender and they said its not their fault and I have to pay for the battery😒

Great prices on aftermarket stuff without the wait. OVERCHARGES FOR NYS inspection. Its 6.00 set by NYS he charges 10.00 . Add the additional 4.00 up . Decent job on tire change

George does great work, I ride a custom Harley a 92 fat boy the bike was completely stripped apart and painted, people who complain probably have some cheap plastic throw away bike they bought on craigslist. George did the work in half the time for half the price. Outstanding job.

After spending 1000s of dollars on chrome and extras on my bike, i bring my bike back in to have a full system high mount exhaust which Vanessa the wife looked up part numbers and gave me the price,conveniently after months of calling for my bike and getting told next weekmy bike still remains in the SHOWROOM where they let people sit on it but conveniently she didnt tell George that it was supposed to be a full system so he did a high mount muffler with a chrome pipe into my factory headers which he not only cut so r useless and non chrome to go with the rest of my bike but 5 months later now they r trying to tell me that the full system is discontinued and they cant get it but now cant even put back my original exhaust cause they cut it,but now i think its time to get courts involved and sue cause still no bike,im paying insurance for it to sit there and other than 3 calipers i changed and a steering dampner going on 6months and im getting my bike back the same way it went in

They dont do complete jobs, theyll butcher your bike and leave everything worse than you brought it in, after you ride off everything falls apart and not to mention their communication is non existent not even amongst themselves and they are ridiculously overpriced...My bike just needed a pre summer service and I took my bike there afterwards I kept noticing problems after problems continuously up until today Im no mechanic and I do better work on my own bike after I watch YouTube... Do not take you motorcycle there!!!!!

They fixed my Piaggio so that it runs better than when new. They diagnosed the problem with the electrical system in 5 minutes. Compared to where I bought the scooter where they didnt care anything about their customers, these guys are phenominal.

Giving 1 stars only because they are friendly other than that they don, t know whats what on a bike. My tire was leaking air that I just bought and they mounted for me.They tried telling me my wheel was bad, I took it home let the air out and check the valve out. They put a old valve that was clearly ripped and rotten and had the balls to say to me that changing that isnt his job that he did what I asked. Well if you want old garbage put in and to pay top dollar for it this is the place. If you want a real mechanic go to nassau motorsports in mineola 5 min further welk worth it. The guy at nation cycle is a joke, what he did was unsafe for me the valve could have shot out because there was nothing holding it and anyone on a bike knows that could be fatal. If they are willing to cut corners for a 30 cent valve imagine what they would be willing to do for servicing your bike or mechanical issues. The fact that it took him 3 hours to get my tires back to me that he didnt even have to mount to the bike, and he was willing to pull that move and charge me shows that he is the type of mechanic ripping people off and smiling as they walk out the door. I can honestly say that since that day I am glad to say that I have changed 4 peoples minds in going there and happy to have saved them the trouble. Hopefully who ever reads this far down save yourself the trouble dont go in there for anything

Purchased a bike. Had various electricial problems, mechanic was to inexperianced to know what was wrong. Brought it back and fourth about 3-4 times and nothing was repaired. Took it to a real mechanic and had it back and rdy to go before the end of the week. I would NEVER EVER go back and let that clown of a mechanic even touch my bike. (he doesnt even speak english) Dont waste your time.
