Great place to buy and service a tractor.

The Sales Department at Lowe tractor is the best; they are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. My new Kubota 3301 performs flawlessly. I liked doing business with them so much on that machine I am now contemplating the purchase of a zero turn. Excellent folks to do business with! highly recommended. 07/31/2020. Update to my prior review; up to that point, I had only dealt with sales. I had reason to deal with the service department this week and they also get 5 stars. Their staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The art of customer service is dead these days but not at Lowe Tractor and Equipment. Sales and service are the best anywhere! Also, highly recommended!

Great products and service!

My B2650 HSDC developed a leak at the A/C condenser after four months of ownership. I called Lowe Tractor in Henderson and they came out to pick it up for the repair (warranty). Unfortunately, the replacement part was not available from Kubota. Furthermore, a shipping error delayed the repair as well. Eventually, Lowe Tractor filled my tractor with freon and returned it to my property so I could use it while waiting on the part. I applaud them for doing this since the weather was unseasonably warm and dry. The SA called when the part finally arrived and the dealer came out a second time and picked up the tractor for the repair. The A/C condenser was installed in a timely manner and the tractor was delivered back to my property. I am waiting for things to dry out so I can finish my winter projects. Thanks Lowe Tractor for turning a one star experience into a five star.

Maybe everyone was having a bad day when I was there last week. It was close to closing time, the sales person made me feel like I was bothering him. I drove an hour and a half to come purchase from you. I left with an empty trailer and empty promise of a phone call from sales.

I had a very good experience with those guys a lowes equipment, the sales guy was very kind and helpful, this was my first time buying something from them but it was a very good experience think I may buy my next tractor from them as well.....

If it was not for them beating a competitors price by 2k I would have not went through with my purchase of a new tractor.. after the purchase was done and I went to pick up my tractor, I then realized I should have went with the competitor for the simple fact that when I went to pick up my tractor I was greeted by no one. I loaded up my brand new tractor by myself and nobody even came out to thank me for my business or anything at all. Salesman (Kyle I think his name was) wasnt very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he said yeah, I think so. Terrible customer service and Im disappointed I went with them for my purchase. Bagley tractor in longview was way more professional and customer friendly.... should have purchased through them.
