Ive never actually used them as a body shop. Im a transporter, but i will say everytime i deal with them they are great to work with. Very quick and friendly.

My experience here was super quick and easy John was so friendly and effective. They only took a couple of days to get my car fixed due to getting rear ended from an car accident last week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!

I had my 2020 Kia Sorento repaired from an accident that occurred in December. The work was superb. But, better than that, while my car was repaired and cleaned inside and out. I had 2 KC chiefs car cup hold mat. When I picked up my car there was only one. When I called All City. They checked but could not find the other. Here’s the best part and why all my auto body repairs will be done here. They told me to replace my idea and bring them the receipt and they will pay for the item. I assured them that was not necessary as I could get them on Amazon for $9. It’s just the offer that made my heart feel great!! Plus my car looks amazing too!! Thanks you!

Woooooooow was I impressed with this body shop!! Due to a very unlucky month, I found myself in three separate accidents and in need of repair. I worked closely with John however the entire staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. They worked wonderfully with the companies at fault for my accidents and my repairs were done so quickly! Over the course of one month, they had my car three separate times and the process was seamless.. And I couldnt believe how great my car looked once the repairs were done! I will refer everyone here. From start to finish, the process was smooth and wonderfully done. Thank you so much All City!!

Would give negative stars. Had my truck repaired here. When I picked it up nobody showed me the work that was done. Had a heavy run in the clear coat. Was sent back and they buffed it a little. Brought truck back out could still see the run. Sent it back a third time looked better. When I got home the reflection off of the side of the truck could see runs all along the side of the bed. Also had little fish eyes on the whole side of the truck. They had to redo the whole side. My whole truck is covered in overspray. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I selected this shop to repair my car because someone I knew had taken their car here and they seemed satisfied. Thats wasnt my experience. There were several things that I found that are unsatisfactory. First thing was the rude treatment, there was no follow up or calls like they promised. They damaged the paint on the opposite of the repair, I found a beer bottle cap in my cup holder (bud light) and all of the contents of my trunk were thrown in my backseat (my plastic crate was broken that held my trunk contents) and not placed back in the trunk. Once I opened the trunk to put the stuff back I noticed that the mat that covers the spare was removed and never put back. The spare and jack was not placed in the trunk the way that it was and left just sitting inmy trunk. Then I opened my middle console to find 2 extra parts inside, Im not sure what the parts go to but they were thrown in the console. The rear passenger side door has oil/dirt prints on the inside. Its like the more I look the more I find. This is really disheartening on top of the rude treatment, I honestly feel that this was not a quality experience and I highly disappointed.

Very unorganized and they will take your money. I went in to repair some cosmetic damages done on my passenger side door and was told I would receive a call with a price. I never received that call and they hit me with yea you owe $700+ . I talked on the phone with Robert, their insurance guy and was told they usually have customers sign a piece of paper agreeing they would go ahead with the repair but what got me is when they handed me the paper they said they would call me with a price before going about it. I do not recommend this place at all, They have screwed both me and my mother over.
