I walked in here looking for antifreeze on Saturday. The employee explained I needed a special antifreeze for European cars and unfortunately they didn’t have it. They helped guide me to another store in town who might have it. What a nice team of ladies working! I appreciated their help even though I didn’t buy anything.

Came in today to get a battery for my car. Thought I was going to have to take it to a mechanic to get the battery put in. This lady name Taylor who work the front desk helped me put the battery in my car. I appreciate her and need more people like her. Thank you Taylor 🙂

Ordered brake pads and rotors online and was able to pick them up same day in store without any problems.

Fine people there, have a current issue that i will find out about tomorrow. Purchased an expensive alternator from here. Started making noise within the first 30 days, mechanics thought it was the fan. So 3 months go by the sounds starts grinding and smoking, its the new alternator smh. Im will see if they can help me cause alternator doesnt suppose to go out within 90 days. Ill update.

Any NAPA store out does all the rest. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable and more often than not, go the extra distance to get you what you need at a fair price.

I would have given 5 stars but since Larry left its back to the same ol auto parts store. Rick n the guy next to him save the place but Betty needs to find another profession. Always give atitude if you ask her to do something extra. Customer Service should be number 1 if you want people to teturn and spend their hard earned money..
