I called and asked for a bid to replace one of my awnings, the lady took all of my information and said that she would send someone out to give me a bid. I called two weeks later to follow up and she said that not only that she has not done the bid but that she would not be doing one and would give no reason why when I asked. I asked to speak with someone in charge and she gave me the name Darrel however would not transfer me to him, his voice mail or anyone else. I asked how I can leave a message for him and she said that she would deliver it to him but did not want to know what it was because she could “assume” what the message was. I dont know if she was having a terrible day or what because the first time I spoke with her it seemed fine, she just didnt do what she said that she would do. Moody receptionist lost current and future business because of her terrible attitude.
