I’ve been eyeing this salon ever since I moved nearby and I am so glad I finally made the decision to make an appointment. Blanca is amazing! Super friendly and the salon is very clean and organized (plus I love the decor). I got my hair cut and dyed (as well as styled) for the first time in years, and I easily could’ve cried when I looked in the mirror and saw the finished look. It looks nothing like the hair I walked into the salon with. It feels so much healthier, smoother, and lighter. It’s so shiny too! Blanca was very thorough and she clearly wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with as little money spent and time wasted as possible, and she did an amazing job at that. She took every detail of what I wanted and turned it into exactly what I pictured. After some talking (she was very professional and knowledgeable), we settled on coloring my hair black, which looks great, and it covered up all of the uneven color from previous box dyes. I’m never dyeing my own hair ever again. Highly recommend!

I have been here faithfully since the last year to get my perms done. Blanca brought my vision to life and I couldn’t ask for a better place to go. They really listen to you. Give you a nice massage also. They Make suggestions and go above and beyond to make sure you get the results you want. Today was my first time at the salon and what an amazing experience it was. I am new to the area and needed a salon close to home and I got lucky and found a place that was not only welcoming but very knowledgeable and talented. I received a great hair cut by Charles as a walk in into a random hair salon about 4 years ago and I hadn’t spoke to him since . I was currently looking for a new hair dresser and I thought about Charles and decided to give him a call. Little did I know he had his own salon now so I decided to go in and I’m so happy that I did! His blow outs/style are my absolute favorite, I have a crazy cowlick and his salon is the only place that doesn’t leave me with my baby hairs standing up all over the place. Im so happy to have found Charles Azzi Salon. Charles took time to find out what I liked, didnt like and ultimately wanted in my haircut / color. He definitely delivered. On top of that, I was stunned that none of the color seemed to wash out on my first shampoo at home, which was something I had grown accustomed to (and thought was normal) with my last stylist. Was lucky enough to walk in and they had an open slot to cut and braid my hair. This was the first time getting my hair braided and cut after growing it out for 3 years. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Usually I am upset after getting my hair cut because it is not done the way I like. They went step by step with me making sure everything was done with my input and it was amazing. I came out looking like a clean viking.

I needed a haircut and my bread trimmed. So I went in on Friday at the recommendation of a friend. I sat with charles and he took real good care of me. His wonderful assistants gave me head and neck massage. I WAS AMAZED!! Top notch service at this salon. Normally I am a barber shop kind of guy but this was a nice experience. I never write review but I am so happy with the results that I decide to take the time to make the exception. I been living in Vegas for 11 month I move from Europe and since I been back I been looking for a Salon to be able to really bring the result that I want. I have very very curly hair so every time I go in to a Salon the all say they know how to work with my curly hair, but every time in been FAIL!! so I was so disappointment, not only because at the end I dont have what I want but in the top I need to pay over $100 dollars. My friend is been telling me to go to Chales for long time but because so many disappointments I did not want to try. Finally one day I meet with her and she just cut her hair and it was so amazing that I decide OK I will try Charles. And let me tell youBEST DECISION EVER !! I was so mad to myself to not try before, I try so many no so good salons for my hair before I expend so much money before. But Charles not only they have excellent Costumer service they are AWESOME !! and in so short time too, normally because my hair is so thick hair and curly people take around 1.5hrs just for the blowout. But Charles was so fast and great it was in and out and he really listen to you and care for you to have what you ask for. After 11 month of crazy hairI finally found my Salon. I walked in and they immediately accommodated me. I was cheating on my barber so was really nervous. Natalie eased all my worries and was awesome. She did a great job. She washed my hair once in the middle of the cut and gave the best scalp massage ever and washed again at the end to get rid of those loose hairs that are so annoying. Also fines up for $50 monthly membership which gives you unlimited haircuts. Wow amazing!!!

They assured me I was in good hands and for the first time in a long time-my salon experience was actually RELAXING! I have platinum blonde hair that is difficult to manage but they got my color matched perfectly and were very gentle throughout the entire process. I went to Charles Azzi Salon for the first time about a month ago to get my hair cut. I have to say, it was the best hair cut I have ever gotten! Im so very pleased with it. Charles asks you questions about what your goal is and he executes it perfectly. Also I got a hair treatment done today, because my hair is very dry, I work in a chlorine pool and vegas weather doesnt help with that either, the quality of his products is outstanding! It gave the moisture and softness back to my hair. I hope he never moves away from Vegas :-)

I know things like this happen but Im just surprised because its never happened to ME before...I went into this salon because its just 5 mins. from my home and I gave been looking to get my hair cut for over a year! When I walked in I spoke to the lady sitting and the front, I told her I was just coming in to get a card and to ask about the price for a cut and style possibly a iron out, she then told me that she has never seen any of the stylist use flat irons or seen anyone of my ethnicity in the salon....I smiled and said thank you for being honest I then asked..so they dont do iron outs here??? She smiled and then said.. how do I say this I then said to this Receptionists working the front desk!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please just say it! She then told me You probably would be better off going to a salon of my own ethnicity to get my hair done MESSED ME UP!!!!!! I have never ever felt this way in my life!! I am a 44 year old black woman born and raised in Chicago Il. Lived in Indianapolis Indiana for 20 years and now in Henderson Nv. for 2 months and this is the FIRST time I have felt discriminated against! This woman does not know the texture of my hair!! evidently shes at the desk because she doesnt do hair!! Is this how this salon works??? I am truly at a loss for words! I definitely will be telling as many people I can about what has happen to me today! Dont get me wrong I appreciate her telling me they dont do my hair type but YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT MY HAIR TYPE IS!! You are just the lady at the desk!! Let a stylist tell me they cant do my hair so j can tell them that there not a real stylist is you cant do ALL HAIR TYPES!!! All I wanted was a cut and style..WOW.
