Love this store! Great selection, online ordering with store pick up was easy, and they offer curbside pick up.

17 minutes agoThis company has the worst customer service and has a problem fulfilling its obligation delivering quality furniture. Ordered living room and bedroom furniture for them and they were all delivered with inferior quality. We have been waiting for the accent chair replacement for a long time and all they keep on doing is delaying and delaying it. We ordered our furniture august 2020 and its more than a year now and they havent fulfilled its promise. Spoke to Regine who is the furniture department supervisor and she has not given any kind of reassurance about yeh deliver of the accent chair. She was rude and keep on repeating the same thing about having confidence that itll de delivered. But I asked her when is the acceptable time frame for then to get delivered and she couldnt give me an answer. She only said things she knows and never tried to listen to customers concern. Never again. Dont order furniture from pottery barn. Itll take you a good year to wait for it to get delivered. They will postpone and postpone and postpone. Save yourselves the headache and frustration, especially their customer service! This company doesnt even deserve 1 star! Better hire customer service people who are good in dealing with customers. What this company has now are bunch of people who cant solve problems and dont have any clue what customer service is all about.

Love the simplicity & elegance of their displays! Ive purchased many beautiful & functional items...their Christmas offerings are always so timeless & beautiful! My friends & I LOVE the Pottery Barn! Beautiful products, friendly staff, ample parking! Employees & patrons must wear masks per COVID protocol.

I’ve come here before and have had good experiences (hence the 2 stars) but today will probably be my last time. I came in for 1 simple item and when I went up the register the lady told me to go to another register in the middle of the store as she was helping someone. I told her no one was there and she said someone would help me.I lug my baby and myself to the other side of the store to then wait 20 min without being helped. Not one person came in that 20 min. When I decide to just walk out because screw this store I see the very lady that refused to help me helping multiple other people check out. I might not fit the average age of pottery barn shoppers in Henderson, however my money is as good as the AARP crowd. This particular lady needs to be taught about customer service and not sending a lady with a baby across the store to then wait with that increasingly cranky child for 20 min.

Nice store, the one in Green Valley is bigger than the one off Rampart. Staff is pleasant. Going early is key, less people.

Very very nice store with alot of beautiful things to decorate your home with, along with great ideas. Nice staff.

You think its expensive--and it is on some things, but for high grade upholstery--the furniture is quite comparable to other stores.

Staff is very helpful and professional, particularly Julia Risso. Can always rely on her prompt and thorough service.

Excellent current items, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Customer service is excellent. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have great quality products and a nice selection. Prices are a little high, but thats to be expected with such nice products. Its hard to go in there and not buy anything.

Great, everyone was so helpful. I was trying to get Mother’s Day present they went above beyond to help me. It started with the store manager Trina. Melissa and Helen were so awesome too! Customer service is beyond 5 stars.

This Pottery Barn has some of the nicest and super helpful sales staff that Ive seen in a long time. They great you cheerfully and then leave you alone, but never wanting to find someone if youve got a question. The store does everything right. It smells great, looks impeccably designed, and its easy to walk around and enjoy the many varied offerings. Its kinda woman oriented but any guy will feel relaxed and welcomed as their is something for everyone . Prices are as youd expect from a store of this caliber but frequent sales make going there worthwhile for all but the most stringent of budgets. The location is safe, attractive and restful too.Whats not to like for home accessories, clothing and furniture?

Just want to say that I have struggled trying to find beautiful sheets that fit my king sized bed well and found them here. I bought the PB Classic sheets and they are wonderful! Expensive but worth it!
