Ricardo was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about getting a backup cam. The process are very fair compared to other places I shopped for the same equipment and install. The install itself was very professional and clean and it looks like the double din screen was stock.

Buyer beware they do not know what they are doing in this shop they destroyed my back seat and my amplifier also I left them 20ft of 8ga. Speaker wire to use for my subs and they only used maybe 6ft and left 3inches of wire out of the box then they used some other wire and connected it to my wire with red wire nuts that are not for 8ga. Then I asked them about the rest of my wire and they said they dont have it, now they will not talk to me about any of it. Dont go to this shop unless you want your stuff destroyed. Just look closely at the pictures I have provided

Reached out to fix my back up camera. They said they will order a wire harness. Never did and just duck taped the old wire. When I paid them they said we will put in a new wire harness. Now they wont return my calls. They might just be closed.

Rick was great and easy to work with. He tried to save me money by fixing an existing radio in my van but it was broke. He understood that I only use the vehicle occasionally for family trips and that I wanted to spend as little money as possible. He got me out the door for less than $200 radio + install. Quick and easy and just what I needed. Thx and I do recommend.

Great service. the prices seemed good but I wasnt concerned with it based on the excellent customer service. helped me figure out which radio was going to be best for what I use. went with a normal alpine instead of a cheap touch screen. they even made sure I all my chimes and stuff functioned correctly. I got out the door with a nice alpine deck installed at $215. great price if you ask me.

I stopped by yesterday to buy some speakers for my car. There was a customer waiting for an install to be completed. I walked around for a while and waited to be helped. I rang the bell, at the register, but no one appeared. I then googled the number and called... the phone right next to me started ringing. No answer. I then stuck my head into the back install area and started asking if someone could help me. There was a guy with ear buds in working on the install who had no issues ignoring me. So I left, and took my business elsewhere.

Googled to find a place who could install a double din stereo and steering wheel module for me in my Xterra. DC was really nice on the phone and told me I could come as soon as NOW, so I booked it down right away. Good location and easy to get to, right off the highway. They were all very friendly in person, took the vehicle in right away, and did the work quickly and for a reasonable price. Also gave me some good options for my car, so Ill be coming back for another deck soon.

Theyre capable of quality work, but I had a bad experience this week. A few weeks ago I had them install an alarm and because of time limitations they couldnt get the rear magnetic switches installed. My truck was NEXT DOOR at the Diesel shop for THREE DAYS and the owner told me we didnt have a spare MINUTE to finish the job I already paid for IN FULL. NOT good customer service OR integrity in my opinion.

I recently purchased a 1933 Plymouth. The car had a stereo installed, but I wanted a stereo, back-up camera and monitor. There wasnt enough room for the screen and the stereo to be installed behind or under the dash. Ricardo suggested that I mount it above my rear view mirror and that he had a case for it and that it would look great, which was something no other shop recommended. I had an amplifier behind the back seat so he had to run the wires from behind the back seat to the front and you cannot tell where the wires were installed. DC Sound definitely did a professional job and I highly recommended him to other classic car owners.

Great place to go locally for your car stereo needs. The store manager saw my Air Force jacket and gave me a great deal on replacement remotes and a car stereo. I was in and out of the store in 40 mins. Definitely recommend!

Honest and straight forward. I stopped by to ask what the cost of a head unit install would be. After talking with them for a few minutes they shared that I could do the install myself with purchasing 1 part for +/-$120. Its rare to receive that type of honesty. Before I stopped at DC, I went to Audio Express and not only did they try to up sell me on EVERYTHING, but they said the install would be $285!!!

Place to go.. added a sub and amp to my truck nice clean work sounds good for the best price in Vegas will go here for now on!!!

This place is great, my husband got his whole sound system installed here, they even installed some fog lights on his car that he had purchased long time ago. Ricardo the manager was super nice and the price was great. If you need anything audio for your car this is the place.

Told them about my system needing to be fixed they were nice about it but they didnt feel like fixing it instead offered a simple fix. Said that trouble shooting was too much work to come back another day like the next morning at 9am. He was a very nice man though just wish he wouldnt have put me off like that because he didnt feel like doing the work.

Rick was extremely accommodating. I got four other quotes and could not beat his prices and the work is top notch. I normally don’t give reviews but they deserve one.

I first went to Audio Express, they wanted over $400 to give me a 50% chance of fixing my stereo with a new harness, these guys instead got me a $35 part and fixed my problem. They also installed a ASWC box for me as well and then a new remote for my alarm and at rates far surpassing any competitors!

My cars alarm remote control suddenly stopped working so I couldnt start it.I asked Carlos at DC Sound if he could help me. Although they dont usually do that, he opened an exception and came to my house a Saturday late in the afternoon and temporarily tuned off the alarm. He then showed me what model I had to order online. When I got the new remotes he turned everything back on in no time.GREAT SERVICE

I have been doing work on my bike all my life. But I was stumped when it came to installing new equipment in a 30 year old Harley bagger with old wiring ..Let me tell you these guys are the best at what they do, I was worried at first had my fairing off with wires running every-were they but it back together with Bluetooth stereo speakers in my Bags.. up front,,, a nd a alarm system will up date later with photos waiting for my speaker boxes to get painted .I will be sending a lot of folks to you guys Thanks Marv

Nice guys, but couldnt get background buzz noise out of my system. Multiple attempts to fix. Finally took it to audio expressed and found out they put in really poor quality RCA and splitters. They use cheap wiring on expensive speakers and amps.

I took my 2018 VW Atlas to DC Sound to have a flip down tv installed. They had outstanding customer service and incredible prices. I had been shopping around for about a month and DC Sound was the best option by far. I was so satisfied with the overall outcome that I took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL for a fully customized audio system. Everything looks factory installed - no visible wires or amps. Everything sounds amazing. I highly recommend DC Sound!

I took my car to get a system hooked up here about a month and a half ago brought my own amps and what not. they did a real good job hooking everything up even though it took a week and a half. noticed my subs blew right away. as Im taking my subs and box out noticed they didnt even use the amp I brought for them to install for my subwoofers. they installed a weaker amp without my consult and no telling where my original amp went. I paid over $1500 for this install alone now I gota buy a powerful amp to push my subs thanks for nothing

These guys are great, they put two Phoenix Gold subs in my car with an arc audio amp and have punished it and its still going strong! Im actually looking at an upgrade for my broncos system at the moment.
