I took my Tahoe in for a airbag recall. Somehow the time got messed up and I was early, however they took it in and they fixed it and I was out within an hour. The staff was very nice and friendly and I will continue to take my Tahoe there..

They take advantage of elder buyers. Talked my elder father into trading in family vehicles very soon after trading one for another. Lied and said the car in question was not worth fixing and needed to get rid of it even though it had a warranty. Did this so much he never paid on the vehicle itself he was paying on the other cars and interest. They dont care about the customer they care about making the sell and its sickening!!! Lying to old people to screw them out of more and more money. They dont care if it makes them go broke or hurts their credit. I hate this dealership and strongly suggest anyone to shop elsewhere!!!!!

My dad took his Chevy in because of a factory recall. When he picked up his car, the gas gauge was not working, when it had been before. Apparently the service dept either tinkered with it or did not reinstall it correctly. My dad subsequently contacted the dealerships owner, who showed some since of understanding but ultimately “sided” with the manager of his service dept and concluded there was noting that could be done to correct my dad’s newly-broken gas gauge. My dad is over 70 years of age, which makes this incident doubly unappreciated. He’s having to learn to gauge his gas manually, which he should not have to do after purchasing a car from this dealer. As his concerned daughter, I plan to report this indifference and unprofessionalism to the Better Business Bureau and any other platform until I can get some answers. Current and prospective patrons should know that this is a “Buyer’s Beware” type of establishment who puts their customers at the bottom of the priority list.

I had a reoccurring problem with the brakes on my 2012 Cadillac escalades . It had been in a different shop 3 times for the same problem. I took it to Boyd and within 24 hours I had my car back With the brake problem repaired plus others I didnt know I had for a reasonable price . I could not be happier my vehicle is driving as well as it did when I 1st got it . The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very friendly. I would give them more stars if I could
