It was quick and easy I was NOT given a hard time and the customer service was absolutely amazing...

Charged me for a wireless speaker I didnt want. Purchased a phone during a promotion and she said the wirless led speaker was free for buying the phone. I said cool. Turns out she charged me $50 for it. She said dont worry about the $50 on your receipt its not part of your total but sure enough it was. Went to return it a week later (couldnt get out there sooner) and she says well it clearly states on the receipt all sales are final and no refunds. Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!! If you ever buy a phone there make sure you ask everything that youre paying for so they dont slide a charge in before paying.
