I have the opportunity to do business with this store a 2 occasiones, and the customer service is excellent!! If I they dont have the part on stock they gave some ideas. BUT this is when I go to the store is a complete history if I called them.Customers service by phone need to be improve, a depressed person answer the call with a cold hello. No enthusiasm, no happy doing what the person loves, is bad for business!!! For god sakes.What happened with the old Good morning thank you for calling city electric supply, how I can help you sound different!!!
Rediclous no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, so better be sure when you buy. Also the treat you different if your small time guy spending $300 vs a regular. Example, I needed some 12/3 wire and asked if the could cut it they say no. Then just after some regular calls on the phone and asking for the exact same thing and the say, ya sure we can cut it. Prices and quality didnt seem to be much different then Home Depot.If you are spending thousands on a regular basis, youll be treated very well, if you looking to buy a few hundred in supplies go to home Depot they can help you better and you can do returns/ exchanges.
Very bad place, I bought an extra plug and tried to take back with original receipt. They said no refund, not even credit. Nothing!
Friendly, fast, and informative. I got better customer service here than at Home Depot. Being a woman, they respected and treated me as a fellow trades worker.
