I left a raving review 9 months ago, but since then my feelings have changed. You guys use to send out letters, but apparently since the pandemic started you guys stopped. I had a PlayStation 4 I came to get out of pawn but was pulled and sold the week before I came and got it which Im sure you guys sold for over $200 before I came and got it, but was able to get everything else out of pawn that I had pawned with or before I came to get the PlayStation 4. Im sure your response will be its not our policy pr responsibility to send letters, bit why stop sending them when this pandemic had started when you guys where doing them all the time?

I went in looking for a laptop .Ruby was very kind to me and the gentleman also. A lady outside in parking lot had a seizure or stroke the gentleman was on it .He went out there to assist. I thought was awesome. Love doing business with them .

DON’T GO HERE!Extremely unorganized, rude and unprofessional.There’s junk on top of junk and it’s not even worth your time. It’s surrounded by a terrible neighborhood.I get harassed as soon as I get out of my car by bums asking for money. It’s like a central point for crack heads and thief’s. I’ll never stop here again.
