They scheduled us for same day service and when they ran into some issues at the job they were on, they communicated that they would be late. On arrival the tech was very friendly and professional. Garage doors are like many things - unless replacing one, you don’t choose when it acts up and it is a necessary and urgent service when that time comes.I was lucky enough to find Lift Tech when I accidentally got something caught in my tracks, causing my garage to go off track and cause other issues.I’ve had dealings with OTHER companies for garages with none of them pleasant, so I was careful in choosing one now.Lift Tech came and was professional, courteous, and up front with very fair pricing.He got my garage working again and even better than before (with some fine tuning after fixing it).Was so satisfied that I called him back to install a new opener and move my old opener to the second garage door - again - work was impeccably done and super fair on final cost.Next one I’ll be replacing the garage doors (original from 1996) and I’ll be calling them again for sure.

Spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday. Happened to have a Lift Tech sticker on door so gave them a call. They were closed on Sunday but took my information. Brian showed up by 9 am Monday and had new springs on within an hour. Great service.

Have dealt with other companies for garage door repair in the past. I checked Lift Tech out on many reviews and really couldnt find a bad one. Brian the technician was on time (actually early) and he was well spoken and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He had to replace my door opener, which he did, he told me it would take 1 1/2 hours to do it, and it took a little more. He checked to be sure that everything was right, checked the springs (adjusted them) check to be sure the rollers were OK, they were not so he replaced them after telling me and showing me that the old rollers ball bearings were shot. I am very pleased with this company and will only call them for my repairs. I forgot to mention that the old opener was 20 years old.

When I called my garage door had come off theTracks so it was stuck opened . I was told they were very busy but would fit me in between 4-6pm. Brian was able to get here early and showed up at 1:00ish and knocked it out in no time. I am always happy to refer this company to all my friends.

Great outfit! Brian came out the day I called and politely undid all the things Id jury-rigged over time. Rewired everything and bolted the track back into the wall correctly. The motherboard was shot and he ordered a new one. Any other company would have convinced me I need a whole new unit. That saved me big bucks. Joe (Im reading other reviews and maybe it was Jonathon) came out and put in the new motherboard, reprogramed all the remotes and was on his way. These people are honest, efficient and fast. I would recommend them to anyone with garage door issues without hesitation.
