An absolute game changer coming here and taking the time to get my orthotics done. They saved me money, went through various options, and offered an incredible amount of knowledge in such a short time period. Will definitely be going back and recommend to other people. Great place if you have foot or knee problems. Much cheaper and efficient for orthotics then see a podiatrist. Owners are very nice and informative.

Carmen, the owner, told me that I have fallen arch trouble and was suggested OOFOS for support as a flip flop style summer shoe. I took them along to the podiatrist and he said my Earth Origins were much better. They were $40 vs $65 for OOFOS. I don’t have any arch problems either. I have arthritis in my ankle. I won’t go back or recommend Foot Solutions. So disappointed

They really know and love their business! I bought new shoes and insoles that have enabled me to get thru the day without the significant pain I was experiencing previously. If youre having trouble with your feet, go in for a consultation. Better yet, go before it becomes a problem!

ALLEN WONG from the Henderson location is the most disgruntled old male I have ever encountered he is beyond rude. Luckily I’m very strong minded so I just let him say whatever was in his little heart when I returned my purchase. I can’t help that online has better deals! I understand that this is a small company and I would love to support them but the guilt trips were blatantly rude and uncalled for. TRY THAT ON SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS JUST AS EMOTIONAL AS YOU. I’m glad that I was recommended some great Ortho shoes to wear in the future and I was planning on going back one day but never again! Then the “ corporate “ office lady CORRINE PATRICK was so passive aggressive and rude it nearly made my head spin. Enough rudeness for one day geesh! The fact that these individuals have lasted this long with the company tells me that these are the core values of the company. Profit over professionalism. I get it. Money keeps the doors open but horrible customer service drives them away! This company is not doing very well and it’s very evident. I surely hope these ppl find some peace in their lives and get into an industry that they can truly be fulfilled and excel in because this is obviously not what they really want to be doing. Went shoe shopping for the Hubby, walked in to the store the owner (Karen) was on it, she serviced us and gave my husband one on one attention. She worked with him and found him shoes we are totally happy.

Every time I go there, I find the perfect shoe for my odd feet. One foot narrow, one foot medium. One foot size 10 and the other 11.5. The shoes fit, they look nice, they are well-made, and they dont hurt. I love this store and the people who run it.

I got a plantar fasciitis in my pregnancy, and my doctor suggested me to go and get arch support shoes. I went to this store with my husband, a young lady attended us, this lady was very very pleasant and helpful with us, she was patient with me giving me different options going back and forward with us in models and sizes. I think people who are there like they do which is important for a store and for costumers.

Thanks to the advice and help of the owners of this store my husband is finally feeling relief from painful plantar faciitis. Nothing else helped like getting him orthopedic inserts and specialized shoes from this store. The owners know what they are talking about! They asked all of the right questions and fitted him for new shoes. Remember that some shoes are an investment. Dont wear the cheapest shoes because you will regret it in your 40s.Cant say enough good things about this business! We will be buying all of our shoes from this store from now on.

Great Shoe store for those of us who have foot issues.

The owners are VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and are truly concerned for all customers that walk through the doors. I was in PAIN and diagnose with Plantar Fasciitis, prescribed medication and a steroid shot to help cope with this matter. NO MORE. I could not and still can not believe that Full Orthotic Arch Support Insoles and special shoes actually solved this misery. Truth be told, I have not experienced any pain in my feets for over a year (New inserts every six months). Carmen and Allen are AWESOME and LIFE SAVERS! They will work with you to find the right inserts and shoes. Please dont hesitate nor second guess when it comes to your feet. The two most important fundamentals of Life: 1) Sleeping & 2) Being on your feet. They both have to be cared to promote future well being. You cannot put a price tag for the comfort and care of your feets. Everybody that I have referred to FOOT SOLUTIONS have stated that the experience has change their walk of life. Thank you Carmen and Allen for all that you do. This has been a life changing experience!

I live in California and travel to the Henderson location twice a year to purchase my Brook’s tennis shoes. Great service at the Henderson location and a variety of styles for my aching feet . Planning on visiting soon to purchase a Mary Jane dress shoes.

I love this store because the variety of shoes with arch support is terrific! I stand all day and the Phuket shoes are my favorites!

I bought about $1,100 worth of shoes today from Carmen. She helped me try on every pair of mens shoes that they have. I found several I like for different situations. She showed me a scan of my feet and showers that I didnt need to live with foot pain. They had bottled water and a foot massager on site and encouraged me to have some water and switch on the massager. I fully recommend this place.

Saw a pair of oofos online as I was shopping for some comfortable slides with an actual support system. Read the product details, went to foot solution tried them on, bingo! Struck gold. Super comfortable like an air cushion ride and my feet be ooing in my oofos. Great shoe they can be expensive but mine just cost a shade under 60 bucks. Worth the money if your truly trying to give your feet a break period or just to recover. My only cons are i wish they were really moisture resistant. My feet sweated more then the rest of my body. Gotta wear socks lol

I’m a senior Server and not so sure that I could do it without them, Really 👍I drag my feet, before buying a pair because of the price, but once you have them on it’s magical 🧙‍♀️ softest shoe ever. And as far as customer service, top notch, from the TOP down. Even thru a couple of freebie thru the years, balancers and Little dots. The store has changed management and owners and isnt the same nice and friendly customer service as when you first used to walk in the door; said hello and can we help you or what are you looking to find? The last owners were very friendly and helpful. The one over set minority gal is opinionated and questions your integrity to the point of her knowing more than you which you know what the products were the last time you were in because the owner specifically helped you so dont go and give me attitude when I know what I used to buy. When you check out theres a white lady with blonde hair off in an office listening to your conversation and smiling as if she is about to laugh about whats being said; rude. Too bad the previous owners sold the business to these new owners..disappointing. Customer service isnt the way it used to be even 10-years ago and its a reflection on society and upbringing. Ill drive 10-minutes somewhere else to shop then shop here again even if they have decent shoes and accessories i.e. braces at high ($$$) prices just to get better customer service and not be talked down too.

We ordered a pair of shoes for my father in Australia towards the beginning of the month (November). We were told they were on back order and would be in on the 11/12 and that they would call us as soon as they got in, which was fine because I was not flying out to go see him until the 29th. So we paid in full up front and went on our merry way.We had not heard anything from by the 15th so we called and we were then told that they were on back order till the 12th and then it would be a further 5-10 business days to get them to the store. That pushes us back to the 24th at the latest, disappointing but still workable as I didnt fly out till the 29th.Today rolls around now being the 27th and we have had no word from them on the shoes so yet again we call them to confirm that they are there to come pick up. The woman who answered the phone told my wife she had nothing there but would call the manufacturer and call her back. Upon the call back the woman said the manufacturer hadn’t mailed the shoes out yet and it would be another 5 business days until they arrived to the store! My wife told the woman on the phone the whole situation as to how we ordered them a few weeks ago and that they were already supposed to be in so I could take them on my flight to Australia in 2 days. She then asked if they would be willing to ship them to Australia once they came in as to help offset the cost and the massive delay the woman says no. Then she asks if we will be able to receive a discount due to the huge inconvenience and now the international shipping we are going to have to pay due to them, and again she says no. We then asked to speak to the owner, a man named Owen gets on the phone and after explaining the whole situation again he still refuses to help us out in any way other than just refunding back our initial payment.This is ridiculous they had no contact with us during the entire month to update us on the situation. Had we known they were having issues with the manufacture we could have canceled the order and bought them elsewhere online days ago. Now I am scrambling to buy them online and pay extra next day shipping to have them here in time.…And with that said the Dunham shoes I bought through Foot Solutions were $135, everywhere else online (Amazon, Zappos, Orthoticshop, Shoes) all have them $99.95 with free standard shipping. That’s a big mark up to deal with a lot of BS and have my order be completely ignored after placing it.
