This place is an absolute joke. I cannot even begin to describe the disaster it has been trying to communicate or get anything accomplished with this company. Completely UNIMPRESSED and do not recommend.
This place is LAZY!!!!! Our situation....I would like to let you know that Lincare replaced dads home oxygenator yesterday and this morning after getting out of bed and to the table, his normal routine, his oxygen was up to 95%. This hasn’t been the case for the last 3 weeks hints why I brought him to the doctors!My mother told the guy that comes on Fridays to drop off more bottles that the Home concentrator was making a noise, (2-3 weeks ago) instead of checking on it he said it was normal and to put a rug under it.This explains why we had the machine on 5% (the highest level) and his oxygen was 68%-82%. This is a terrible company and I can’t believe they are even in business.Who else do they do this too????
Stay as far away from Lincare as you can. They are despicable! The office in Boone was was great while my father lived there. The office here demanded that my disabled father have another sleep study done in order to keep his oxygen. When he informed them he had recently had one, they refused to listen. Now instead of servicing his machine, they want to collect it. Quote, Were more concerned about our money and machine than we are about you. You DO NOT play with a persons health or life. If you care at all about your loved one, get your medical supplies from somewhere else!!!
Strung me along for over a month saying they could supply what my son needed.... requiring paperwork and releases and doctor visit, only to tell us they could not or do not supply what we need .... switched to Advantage Home Care in Durham, got us what we needed in one day
Difficult to get response back. Phones not answered. Left messages twice and no call back. Very poor customer service.
