This was one of the worst car repair experiences I have ever had. I wonder if I went to the same shop as the people did that gave all the good reviews. I rated them a 1 star because there is not a lower rating.We had windshield and some body damage from a deer encounter. We chose Apple because of the reviews on Google. From the start they inconvenienced us in any way possible. We had to have the vehicle towed and after the third call to them to ask when the tow truck would be at our house and the third sorry about your luck attitude from the lady on the phone, the tow truck showed up and took our vehicle to Apple.We were told it would be a 3 day repair, tops. After a week of no contact from them I called and was told it would be a day or two more. Short version - I had to keep calling them to get any updates or information. I called the insurance company to ask them to intervene. They called Apple and the next day the vehicle was ready for us to pick up.We picked it up and one of the first things we noticed was that they did not clean all of the broken glass off of our dashboard. They claimed to have had the vehicle detailed but that is questionable.A few weeks later and we discover that the windshield Apple installed was leaking. The floorboard was soaked and had odor. We took it back to Apple and they told us that it was not their fault this happened that it was the glass install company that did the shoddy work. He promised to call me that day and make arrangements to have the windshield repaired where the vehicle is parked during the day, no need to come back to the shop. Spooler alert - neither of these things happened.After three days of no call from Mike/Apple, I called the insurance company and asked them to intervene. I asked if I could just go to another shop. They said that Apple gets a chance to make it right. 30 minutes later they called and asked when I can bring the vehicle to the shop for repair. Not coming to where we are I asked and he said no.So we went through the hassle of renting a car and got the vehicle to Apple. We were told it would be a one day repair. at 4pm there had been no call to tell us the vehicle was ready so once again I, the customer, had to call Apple. The vehicle is ready the lady on the phone says.We picked the vehicle up. There are still glass shards on the dash. They did nothing to dry out the floorboard. Is the windshield fixed? We will see soon.If you have ever heard Aaron Stokes radio commercials about how car repair shops treat customers, Apple made it come true in our case.So, they didnt fix it right the first time, made excuses as to why, made a lot of promises they did not keep, did not communicate with us, and made doing business with them inconvenient in every way. Anybody remember Sears automotive shops? They went out of business for a reason......

My girlfriend was sideswiped, which (fortunately) only caused minor rear bumper damage. We took the vehicle in to have it looked at - they were confident in being able to get it repaired & painted with OEM parts in just a week! I have had to have body work done before and it took about a month for less work, so I was impressed. When we picked it up a week later, it looked flawless, plus they took the time to shine the tires and touch up all of the black plastic, not only on the bumper, but the entire trim of the vehicle which was a huge surprise. Fantastic and friendly company to work with - and I will definitely use them for any other body work in the future.

After being hit by an uninsured motorist and having to deal with complication after complication from this shop it pains me to even rate this a 1 after leaving my car for what was intended to be 5 days and turned out to be 3 weeks and I am still having to go back multiple times for issues that were not completed as they should have been initially during the repair.Instead of proactive customer service I was the one responsible for calling the shop almost daily to check in and get status updates. This was a full time job on top of my full time job.I wish I could select ALL on improvements but the lack of communication (phone calls/emails not returned, wasnt notified after many delays-I had to call to check in almost daily), poor attention to detail (not replacing a medallion on the back which was clearly marked on the estimate/final bill), damage to my interior pieces that were clearly thrown on the ground and in turn damaged/scratched, left a mess full of debris (cleaned upon my 2nd trip back after already picking up my completed car, trunk carpet is now fuzzy; lack of friendliness when my first appointment I showed up to I was not notified was cancelled due to computer systems being down. This was just all in all a nightmare that doesnt seem to end.Promised 5 days but it took 3 weeks. My car was completely driveable when I dropped it off but since the part was not opened in advance of the repair it was after they took my car apart that they realized the wrong part was sent and therefore had my car for 3 weeks and I was stuck with a rental.As previously mentioned I was calling the shop almost daily for updates since I did not get any proactively and Kristy was never happy to hear from me.As mentioned previously there was debris all over the trunk interior (front seats were detailed), damage to the actual trunk latch interior plastic, and the carpet is now fuzzy as if it was laying on something.I would never recommend Apple Collision Centers to anyone.Yes I already returned to the shop once for the medallion to be put on my trunk and have to return again for the interior trunk repairs for new damage caused by the shop.I wanted to ADD that after my many complaints and emails Apple did replace the back interior part of my trunk with a brand new part. Because of that I changed this rating to 2!

My daughter hit a deer, a big deer, and really smashed the front end of her Honda Civic. When we got it back it looked brand new. Their work was outstanding!!! Not sure about the deer

Perfect experience. Car was quickly returned like new after extensive quarter panel damage on a new vehicle. Daniel and his team are great. Highly recommend.

Apple Collision was recommended by my neighbor because of her great experience with them. She was right! Best place ever to get your car fixed. Be it big or small you wont go wrong. They even vacuum the inside and wash the outside before you pick it up. Cliff, the owner, is honest, friendly and will work with you. Really, your car is in good hands.

Highly recommend these guys! Sent my car in on Monday and got it back on Friday and they kept me updated throughout the entire week. Also they were very professional and the work they did on my car was excellent.

I had my 2001 Harley Davidson f150 wrecked in front and back they did a awesome job repairing it took a little longer, but that was cause some parts were hard to find for that sub model. The painting looks top quality. They also cleaned the outside and Inside before I picked it up. would go back to them .

Highly recommend. Car looks like new, nice people to work with. I was hesitant to use them cause they are a smaller center, I assumed bigger is better. I was wrong. Great place 👍🏼👍🏼
